The reporting features are not as intuitive as the rest of the program. Simple reports such as payment totals or marketing/lead reports feel a bit overwhelming to run. FieldPulse has been a game changer for my small business. Before FieldPulse, I was running my business through mutliple programs, struggling to keep organized. How, with FieldPulse and FP Payments, everthing is seamlessly integrated. I am making more money because customers don't slip through the cracks and payments are not missed. Hmmm...I can't think of much that I don't like other than there is a learning curve when you get started (but they have tons of resouces) but I suspect that is what would happen with any softare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
