Love all of the features they're developing and their reporting is extremely dynamic, which is awesome. Their mobile app for the techs is the best mobile app I've used up to this point and have got zero complaints from techs on it, which is a feat in and of itself haha. There are definitely some bugs they're working through with a lot of the products their developing and have already run into issues with that within a few weeks of using them. Workflows in the office can be a little clunky and not completely fleshed out, especially in regards to business units/classes. Really wish it had more gatekeeping abilities for the technician's jobs, but hopefully it will be an update in the future. The phone system integrated with Field Pulse is absolutely terrible and would not recommend using it until it's upgraded or they go with a new system. What I like best about FieldPulse is the intuitive price book feature and the "Good, Better, Best" quoting option, which makes creating and presenting quotes to customers seamless and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FieldPulse's inventory management system currently lacks the capability to accept partial shipments, which can complicate accurate tracking and timely updates of stock levels for businesses receiving inventory in multiple deliveries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
