What we have found to like most about FieldPulse is the customer service and dedication from the team to get you answers right away. This is done via a built in chat function in the software that will get you direct to their team. We also enjoy the software and its simplicy of use and the FieldPulse internal teams willingness to listen to ideas for future feature updates. This is a great company that has great software. What we dislike most about FieldPulse is their custom software for their VOIP phone system "Engage". We found many initial challenges like getting a spam free phone number. This was more on the provider than FieldPulse. They also resolved this fairly quickly and were able to get us a clean phone number for the business.
Also, regarding their in house phone app, the major issue found is that this software uses the native phone client when handling phone calls. This means it shows notifying you that it is a business call, but the call log then shows in your native phone call list. This is not common and typically all calls would be answered within the phone app itself with biggers providers. This is also very limiting on being able to easily transfer phone calls from the office to the field techs. I really hope in the future this gets resolved as being in the field is where the most time is spent. If we are going to have a phone sysytem to support in office and out of office staff, this is must happen in future updates of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently switched from another company HouseCall Pro to FieldPulse and they are amazing. My account rep Holly is on top of her game and is always in contact with me to make sure everything is working properly and if I need anything. The only TV ing is dislike about this product is there is way to many options to do the same thing and it can be slightly confusing. Plus you have to manually send each invoice after they have paid, if you are using an outside payment processor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
