What do you like best about FieldPulse?

Field pulse has been wonderful for our business. We do a wide variety of work for customers and it is so helpful to keep track of them, and be able to search for past work orders to find relevant information for repeat customers. The ability to send estimates and invoices from your account but make it look like they came from your work email is awesome. I also enjoy the fact that you can create a next occurence for a work order so if there needs to be a separate follow up you can track it through two work orders. What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

There is a few downsides to Field Pulse that I have discovered so far, two in particular is not having an offline mode to take payments or view work orders, and the other one being that it is required to have the zip code match the credit card info to process payments. Many of my customers use company cards and they don't know the billing address so that makes the process a little longer to finalize payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To address some of the specific points you've raised:

1.) Record Updates: You can view when a record (customer, job, invoice) is updated and by whom by scrolling to the bottom of the page. If you notice any anomalies, please reach out to our team for assistance. We also welcome suggestions for additional information you’d like to see displayed.

2.) Scheduling and Dispatch: In the schedule view, you can drag and drop jobs to different times or technicians directly on the page. Clicking and dragging will show a pop-up that allows for more precise adjustments. This should update automatically on the webpage.

3.) Invoice Template: Our invoice template requires at least one line item. Our team would be happy to learn more about the errors you encountered and assist you in resolving them.

4.) Reporting: For pulling reports by item codes and work order types, our "raw beta" reporting feature can assist you. "Job Management Software That Does Everything I Need it to!!"
What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I've used quite a few job management systems over the years (Tradify, Simpro, and ServiceM8) and trialled a lot more, but FieldPulse is the only one that ticks all the boxes.

-Integration and customization options. Zapier integration allows me to push leads from Wix websites, and Xero integration is a must have for us.

-Pricebook. Fieldpulse pricebook makes fixed price quoting easy, and is a great tool for upselling to customers.

-Customer support. Web chat support is great, always someone there to help.

-Ease of use. I use FieldPulse web and mobile apps daily. They're relatively easy to use (after the intial learning process, as with any new system), and mobile app has 99% of the funcionality of the web app, unlike some other systems(simpro). Mobile app works on android and ios (Servicem8 only works on ios).

-Dynamic Proposals. This add on option is great if you want a bit more than just a plain boring quote.

-Customer communications and automations. Very customizable, includes sms and email options.

-FieldPulse payments. No need for eftpos or square card reader anymore, can take card payments with mobile devices! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

-Google calendar sync is only one way, from FieldPulse to Google. Would be nice to have both ways to avoid booking jobs when I have an appointment or meeting scheduled.

-I have found some bugs in the system, however customer and tech support are really proactive at getting them sorted asap.

"FieldPulse - A Phenomenal Field Service Package with Real Support"
What do you like best about FieldPulse?

Number one was the clean, modern user interface, not crowded or confusing. We have this cloud-based program loaded and are working with it ten to twelve hours a day, so the pleasant, intuitive interface was a big plus. Secondly, the menu system is straightforward, easy to navigate, and intuitive. We had tried other Field Management and dispatching programs, some very popular, but all were generic and meant to work with any field service business. FieldPulse specializes in three areas: Electrical and HVAC contractors and the Plumbing trade. Each has the underlying benefits mentioned, plus price catalogs targeted to their respective specialties, so additions and modifications are minor. A small investment is required for premium support good for a year, to which we immediately subscribed. However, we must say it is optional, and although we will be renewing the support each year, we have found the chat team members to be responsive and knowledgeable. There are a large number of integrations available. Our favorites and those we immediately connected were the accounting, merchant services (billing), and consumer finance integrations. If you are in the trades, this is the first and last program you will ever need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

Don't abandon your current solution until you have been through the training, as the training and implementation can take up to two weeks.
