I like the smart recorder functionality of the Automation Anywhere, which is used for data scrapping in the case of web and windows automation

In all the RPA tools, the automation anywhere has the best feature of IQ bot, which uses the Machine Learning algorithms to identify the pattern of the process.

IQ bot is used to process both the semi-structured(like JSON files) and unstructured data (like image files).

With the current version of the Enterprise - A2019, we have better features like RBAC(Role-Based Access Control), we can expect much safe and secured development of the bots Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the recent A2019 AA product, most of it's limitation has been removed as of now. It has very good UI compared to earlier versions. Also, with the cloud integrations, RPA as service is hosted just like any SAAS product, and we can easily use the software from any browser and we don't need to install any extra software. Automation Anywhere is the most reliable RPA tool and it is a suitable tool for a large company. They provide free learning space and a community studio for users. The bots developed are highly scalable and error-free most of the time. The cost is reasonable compared to other big RPA tools. The customer support is very fast and satisfied. The control room available to manage and schedule bots have an inbuilt source code control mechanism. The new cloud version A360 has more features added and it can be implemented in any machine with internet connectivity. Overall automation anywhere is an amazing RPA tool. The drawbacks of Automation anywhere can be:

1. The OCR and IQ bot facilities can be improved.

2. The new cloud version needs more stability. The time to connect to the local machine is long.

I like the way Automation Anywhere has been helping us along in tackling complex cases, we have been creating bot for many such cases where our workload reduces to almost zero. We had been looking for many tools for RPA but we found AA the best in the market. It is best in the market in every aspect with powerful AI/ML capabilities.
