The control panel has some things to improve. For example, I want to be able to modify in detail the processes, and credentials, among other things, that cannot be deleted or changed easily. 1. When I tried the community version, I have to face a server problem. I received errors like Bad Gateway.

The SLA time of the ticket. It would be great if we get the response a little earlier. We will be able to create SEV-1 always, but most of the tickets that we are creating are critical and affect the business progress. The automation anywhere provides a wide range of functionalities, some of them what I used and felt best was object cloning as it gives the very good scope of capturing the data from the web applications as well as from the desktop applications. There are different commands for different types of applications such as desktop and web applications. the excel automation commands provide very quick and accurate processing of the excel, we can even use excel as the database to fetch the data.
