Enterprise - Our most popular plan for organizations conducting one-off UX testing. Allows for unmoderated and moderated testing, both panel and non-panel participants, an attractive blend of UX tools and add-ons, and a personally assigned account manager. Our enterprise plan also offers unlimited seats and accounts, with full access to all of our platform features - only pay for usage! Our volume discounted pricing is all-inclusive of platform (unlimited seats) and participants.
Limitless plan - a comprehensive and feature-rich subscription package designed to meet the diverse needs of businesses and organizations seeking extensive usability testing and user research capabilities. This plan offers an annual subscription at a cost of $69,000, providing exceptional value for those looking to unlock the full potential of the Userlytics platform. Key features and benefits of the Userlytics Limitless plan include: Unlimited Number of Participants: With this plan, you can invite as many participants as needed to your usability tests and research studies. Unlimited Number of Studies: There are no limitations on the number of studies you can create and conduct. This means you can run multiple projects concurrently. Unlimited Number of Admin Seats: The Limitless plan provides an unlimited number of admin seats, allowing team multiple members to manage and collaborate on usability testing and research projects within your organization.

I inherited our user research program midstream after a contracted employee’s term ended — and with it, responsibility for managing our ongoing studies through Userlytics. At the time, I had no prior experience with the platform and honestly felt a bit daunted by the handoff.
That worry disappeared almost immediately.
Userlytics turned out to be incredibly intuitive. The platform guides you through setup with clear, simple steps that make even first-time users feel confident and in control. But what has truly amazed me — and what sets Userlytics apart — is the caliber of participants.
Every single tester has been a standout: articulate, engaged, thoughtful, and deeply responsive to the tasks provided. Their feedback has been genuinely valuable, offering clear insights we’ve been able to act on quickly. What’s more, many of them went above and beyond — thanking me for the opportunity to participate, expressing hope that their input was useful, and even saying they were disappointed when the session ended because they were enjoying it so much. The only improvement I'd like to see is to make the integration of my Google Calendar automatically adjust time availability as I add other events to my calendar. I have struggled with a few overlaps and had to cancel some sessions as a result. My Customer Success Manager is brilliant. They have continually sought to implement feedback we've given and find ways to help us build upon any projects we've been doing, adding to their value.
