The best part of time clock plus is the reports. If a supervisor wants to see a weekly hours report, it's there; if they want to know a location report, it's also there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The only issue is hardware issues. I can help most of our users solve software issues, not hardware ones. I would want to see easier instructions for hardware problems. Getting a hold of IT employees with the knowledge is not always easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that the solutions is cloud-based. Being a former user of the server-based install being in the cloud is 100% better. Updates are automatic and downtime is minimal. App install for mobile devices has been made easier with recent updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I personally don't have any negatives to say about the product. From a district standpoint, I wish we were using more solutions from TCP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
