What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

There is absolutely no training available after implementation without you having to pay a significant additional amount. The best they can do is refer you to their online guides which desperately need updating since they do not match the actual steps in the current version of the system. They also need to provide support to new admins who are hired after the system is implemented. These are fundamental customer service items that MUST be included as part of their standard level of service but are severely lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use and straightforward GUI for both Managers and employees.

Provides a direct method for employees to clock in and out from.

does not include Hybrid Employment schedules (restricting in-office days and WFH days for the same person)

It's convenient that even if the system is down, the devices store it on the local machine. The UI is convenient, making finding whatever you're looking for easier. The Customer Service is amazing as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

One downside is that if the device goes offline entirely, it doesn't say what is offline. If the connection to the internet is fine, it would still act like it's offline, even after multiple resets or multiple calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
