"Customer service is good but ease of use is prohibiting factor"

The rapid response of customer service. However do not believe that number of calls is necessary but due to user issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

TCP is not user friendly for either administration or employees. The number of small issues that became larger problems was a high volume. The best way to use an analogy for it, is that is runs like DOS IBM system and the users are all APPLE users. It makes more problems in explanation and interface than necessary. When you review a leave request, it will take the substitute out. When you approve the leave, you must approve it again on the timesheet side (doubling the manager's work). This software cannot send text messages without knowing all 160 staff members' cell phone carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sensitive to internet fluctuations. Errors show often to employees, but TCP took the information correctly. This causes employees to tell me that there was an issue and it didn't let them clock in, when in fact, TCP recorded the clock-in correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TimeClock Plus by TCP:

What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love that TCP allows us multiple options for allowing our employees to track their time, from geo-location, phone enabled clock-in, and secure, fingerprint-enabled terminals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We honestly have not had many negative experiences with TCP. I am currently working through automatic upload of our time cards into my accounting software which has proved to be a bit tricky, but other than that, no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
