I don't like not being able to overide the OT rules with undoing OT. A certain department gets OT on the actually holidays not the county holiday for everyone. So I have to force the actual OT on the holiday but manually add the OT hours as straight time in our Payroll system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The TCP software works well and integrates nicely with our PeopleSoft system. Auto Import makes interfacing data very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

Trying to get TCP to diagnose issues during our migration from on-premise to on-demand and get those resolved was very time consuming and frustrating. A project that should have taken a few months took more than one year. Other issues include configuration that is scattered about in the software, poor and not up to date documentation and knowledgebase, and manager and clock applications should be combined. Would like to have more capabilities with custom fields and prompting at the clock level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping us automate the time collection process for many employees and interfacing that data with our PeopleSoft HR system. This has improved our business performance for a small portion of our staff. We are looking forward to expanding automated time collection to a majority of our workforce in the future.
