What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

We are a large dental practice with 65 hourly employees. We have used TimeClock for over 20 years. Their technology stays up to date, the reporting is very user friendly and support staff are very knowledgeable. You can set perimeters for employees access to clocking in and out, and I use the employee demographic reports for several HR projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

TimeClock allows me to restrict early clock in, which is very useful. I enjoy how I can personalize the program to fit our company's benefits, for example vacation and sick hour accrual rates can be changed for employees when they hit certain anniversaries with the company and when we used CARES hours I could code them differently so they could be tracked. Accruals don't show real time. We have been in implementation for two years now because of the system not being able to do what we were told. Is costing us several thousands of dollars to get the system to do what we were told the system could do. TCP wants thousands more to integrate one of their own scheduling system to TCP. What do you like best about TimeClock Plus by TCP?

The pending time off requests is nice. Staff can send their recommendations for time off. I love the dashboard where staff birthdays and anniversaries appear firsthand, so a staff member does not get accidentally forgotten (we celebrate these in the office). I like adding staff photos to the employee's profile. Timesheets are easy to print off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
