We can tag certain team members who may know the answer or question domain best. Also, the recognition aspect helps motivate people to answer with very clear, concise, and helpful answers. We can use simple emojis to express gratitude for their time in answering or comment further on their response. There is a fear that you may accidentally place a question in the wrong place that may end up publically viewable and contain sensitive information about the internal infrastructure. If we could make it obviously branded to our company colours, for example, this would make it easier to see the difference.
