We've been using Bloomfire for a while now, and honestly, it's made a real difference in how we handle our company's information. It's just... easy to use. Even people who aren't tech wizards picked it up quickly and the implementation was the most stress-free project I've ever been a part of.
One of the best things is how simple it is to keep our information organized. We can find information quickly, and updating old content is a breeze. No more digging through piles of files! Plus, the AI feature is actually useful. It helps us find what we need and shows us where the info came from, which is exactly what our team needs.
We also like how everyone can chip in. If someone sees something wrong or missing, they can flag it. And if we have questions, we can use them to create new content. It feels like everyone's working together to keep things up-to-date.
And the reports? Incredible! We can see what people are looking at/for, which helps us figure out what's working and what's not. We can also spot people who are really good at helping others, and we can see where we have gaps in our knowledge. It helps us make better decisions about what content we need to create.
Basically, Bloomfire makes managing our knowledge way less of a headache. It's user-friendly, helpful, and gives us the information we need to do our jobs better, while maintaining maximum efficiency and high member satisfaction. I like that Bloomfire is easy to access and browse. I use it quite often. It has all the documents in order and an easy navigation tab that helps you type in what you're looking for. Bloomfire allows us to offer our employees the resources to do their jobs in the most efficient manner. The AI feature is great and has really taken our knowledge base to a new level. As an administrator, being able to ensure that the SOPs and Job Aides that my collegues are accessing are the correct source of truth has been transformative in ensuring that the correct workflows are being followed and reducing errors. The interface is very intuitive and the ability to see when the document has been updated helps provide ease in knowing that the document gets updated on a regular basis. Bloomfire is amazing, it is like AI and google combined which is so helpful in my fast paced job where we need quick answers it always pulls up answers in seconds! The assisted AI feature is incredibly intricate. I've realized for some other AI capabilities, you need to ask the question in a certain way otherwise it won't function correctly.
