I like how fast and easy it is to add to our knowledgebase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a way to organize it and integrate SO for teams with other documentation solutions like GitBook, Docusaurus, etc like an API to update those other resources when I update articles in SO. I hate having to update new docs in several places and we don't use SO for Teams as our only documentation source of truth as it doesn't fit every use case we need.
Better integration with other solutions is lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Searchability. Q&A format. Simple to add content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI for adding/editing is not as good as the public Stack Overflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found majority of solutions on stack overflow and get much knowledge about the thing. One question has many solutions and also I can put my point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much dislike but it is great if user interface is more feasible like the comment section, it needs to be rich text editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to review questions from different teams in the same place instead of having scattered sources of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too early to see anything I dislike, all the features are available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool works great. It's the Stack Overflow you know and love, but with a private scope for questions about business rules, specific code from your company, tooling, etc. Anything internal that doesn't belong on public SO. It has its own rep system, just like the real deal, so you get gamification. It's very searchable; you have tags for experts, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's yet another tool for sharing information. Sharing knowledge might be the one biggest problems in any company of more than one person. And there are already countless solutions to such a problem: slack, notion, code docs, figma, email, google docs, etc. But I think SO for Teams fills in a specific niche on the scale of structured <-> non structured that no other tool that I know of fills (or if there are others, I am confident the SO expertise will make this one the best). The question is, do you need yet another tool? Was that empty niche a gap o was it already partially covered by the solutions immediately above or below the "structure-ness" scale? I guess it's up to your company to evaluate and figure it out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So I can only speak for myself here, but I like two things. First of all, the straightforward design makes for a good user experience. Also, I like the idea of having a "library" of common knowledge for your specific use case. Especially for newer people, it's an excellent way to know the common problems and bugs that occur. If something doesn't work, I always check Stack Overflow Teams first. Maybe one of my coworkers already posted an answer. If I find a bug and know how to solve it, on the other hand, I will ask how to solve it in our SO-Teams and answer myself. This way, the specific error case is documented for the future. I honestly don't dislike anything. Since I've only been using Stack Overflow for Teams for about three months now, there could be things that I haven't experienced, but for now, I am pleased with the state of the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

collaboration, roles, badges and admin settings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI can be more improved because sometimes it looks so clumsy and it doesn't have any breathing space Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to store internal technical questions is very useful when you can't ask the same specific questions outside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times it's difficult to organize questions and takes some self-organizing. Tagging is sporadic, would be nice to have better ways to find and organize questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SO for Teams allows you to empower knowledgeable people within the organization and build up a living knowledge base filled with canonical answers. It can be synced with Slack via integration, giving it easy searchability with less of Slack's ephemerality/chatter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It needs to be rolled out carefully and configured well to be most effective. It's probably easier to do this at a larger organization. I'd recommend getting multiple people to manage it and put a firm policy in place to get internal questions/answers flowing. I'd specifically recommend setting up tags in advance. I like the familiar Q&A format, ability to tag key people, and adding topic tags to questions. One of the best things about it is it is the single point of information and I am unsure what would rival it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I can think of, to be honest, it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
