Have not encountered anything I dislike yet. We are only using the basic features at the moment since it meets our needs and don't think we have fully utilized the platform yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After switching to teams, we saw an increase in documentation because of how easy it was to write questions & to search for answers. The top features we liked are,
* The Slack Integration: when someone posts a new question or answer, the Slack notification helps a lot & also allows for quick search within Slack
* The upvote reward system encourages people to document more

The UI / UX is entirely the same as the public StackOverflow, and sometimes this leads to confusion of which site the users are on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Almost all queries get resolved if it get posted to stackoverflow. It involves skilled programmers and also allows every developer to post their query or post the resolution for the posted problem. I like the fact that we can ask questions to our team and our team members who have experience with that specific problem can answer them, while also helping other team members who may have had the same question or might run into the same problem in the future. Kind of wish there was a better way to setup slack notifications for comments and posts so that you can know someone was notified when you post a question. I often just end up slacking relevant people with a link to the question so that I know that they were notified. Also, I would like to get notifications on slack about comment chains I'm a part of. The upside of this tool is the interface is tried, tested and true, requires zero ramp up/learning curve and is easy to implement. We have used this tool for 2-3 months now without issue. As a collaborator and not an admin, I haven't used 100% of the functionality yet, but from what I've seen so far I truly haven't come across anything I dislike or needs obvious improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
