Providing our customers with an option to extend the life of their computers at a relatively low cost. SMB's need a longer lifecycle and ScalePad fills the gap when manufacturer warranties expire. There is nothing specific that I can say that is disliked. Sometimes the back and forth to make a warranty claim can be a bit cumbersome but this is a problem in general with warranty claims and not ScalePad itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is more of a dislike of processes, but I tend to go to a manufactures website to check a warranty status, this can be confusing if the warranty has been renewed through ScalePad, which does not show up on the manufactures website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
