I appreciate the ability to filter to find exactly what department, title and level of person I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the information is outdated if people have retired or no longer work at the company I am looking for. Sometimes, they have not worked for the company for 6+ years, which is extremely outdated. Also, some names and company names are not capitalized. If I send an email with the fields filled in, trusting SalesIntel's data, the lower case letters in names and company names look very unprofessional. Also, the filters for the locations do not always work well. If I am looking, perhaps, for only businesses in one particular state, it still pulls up companies in other states across the US from the state I'm looking for. What I like best about SalesIntel.io is how easy it makes it to find the right people fast. The human-verified contacts save me from wasting time on bad data, and the filters help me zero in on my ICP without digging through noise. It plugs right into my outreach workflow, so I can focus on starting real conversations, not chasing info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about SalesIntel is that occasionally the contact data can still be outdated, especially with fast-moving roles or smaller companies. While the human verification helps, there’s still some manual double-checking needed — and that slows things down a bit when you're trying to move fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesIntel has become an essential tool in my sales stack. Its ability to scan company websites and deliver verified, up-to-date contact information—direct dials, emails, job titles—has dramatically improved the efficiency and precision of my prospecting efforts. Instead of wasting time chasing dead ends or outdated info, I'm now reaching the right people faster and with greater confidence. The platform is intuitive, the data quality is consistently high, and the time savings are real. If you're in B2B sales and want to streamline your outreach with reliable intel, SalesIntel is a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to really dislike except when start-up's info is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesIntel is dedicated to continuously improving customer experience, offering a wide range of reliable, human-verified contact data that is industry-agnostic. The platform provides multiple ways to search for data, with relevant features tailored to meet the needs of users at any scale.
One of the standout benefits of SalesIntel is its 100% uptime, ensuring that the platform is always available when needed. Their Research on Demand service delivers fast and accurate results, while also making it easy to report any errors so that they can quickly update and correct the data.
Customer support is exceptional, with Client Success Managers being easily accessible and always going above and beyond to provide personalized assistance and expert advice tailored to clients' specific needs.
SalesIntel is also a strong advocate for small businesses, offering an affordable solution that gives them access to verified contact data and a competitive advantage in the market.
My favorite feature of SalesIntel is its Intent Data. It allows me and my clients to be the first to respond to prospects, often making us the "first on the phone" with valuable insights about what prospects are actively searching for. This market intelligence is crucial for staying ahead in competitive environments. We can engage with prospects at the right time and with the right message.
Overall, SalesIntel has completely changed how I do business and who I do business with! With reliable, human-verified data at my fingertips, I can make smarter decisions and build stronger relationships with prospects and clients. It’s been a game-changer for both my business strategy and my client relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SalesIntel displays AI generated data which is often not accurate.
One-on-One Training should be offered to SalesIntel users on a regular basis, especially when features are added or software updates are made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From day one, the support we received was exceptional. Luke Schamer went above and beyond—bending over backwards—to ensure our team had everything we needed to succeed. The data we’ve been able to pull is nothing short of amazing, empowering our agents to exceed expectations and keeping our clients thrilled with the results. Projects that once faltered are now excelling, and we attribute that turnaround to the power of SalesIntel’s accurate, actionable data. In our line of work, data isn’t just important, it’s everything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really but if I had to pick something maybe a few different search topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesIntel is a game-changer! The portal’s powerful search, HubSpot & LinkedIn integrations, and RevDrive make prospecting effortless. Human-verified data and intent automation have slashed research time, helping our team find the right customers faster. Our outbound process is more efficient than ever, driving real results. Highly recommend!
Also, the support team and staff are truly amazing, we love Melisa and Hunter as well as a few others who've helped us along the way. We appreciate you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Training could be better.
This is an option but there could be more resources of snippets of information shared via video to help our sellers quickly use the tool and get more impact.
We are building this out internally but would be a great help if SI had this and shared vs being so text heavy with any updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesIntel has significantly improved over the past year, consistently adding valuable features that enhance data quality and support more effective ABM strategies. It helps fill CRM data gaps by enriching missing contact and company information. Additionally, SalesIntel offers fast, efficient customer support, making it a reliable platform for driving targeted, data-driven marketing and sales efforts. Following the introduction of new features, the platform has implemented restrictions on the volume of data that can be exported simultaneously, resulting in increased complexity and slower processes for exporting targeted contacts. Additionally, the absence of an integrated email sequencing capability hinders the ability to initiate outbound campaigns efficiently, as users are required to import large batches of contacts—many of whom may not engage—into their CRM. Furthermore, the platform does not automatically track or save previously exported or imported contacts. Without manual list management, there is a significant risk of redundant credit usage on the same contacts, leading to operational inefficiencies and increased costs. SalesIntel is less expensive than other platforms in the B2B data/sales intelligence space. The UI is intuitive and it has all the of the search filters for contacts and businesses you would typically expect for such a tool.
The tracking code implementation and onboarding was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The company I work for had a two year contract with SalesIntel that expired recently, and we had several issues with the company, largely on the account management side.
We had five account managers in two years, and only the last two (who were working concurrently on our account) ever bothered to reach out and check in with us, and consequently we weren't briefed on important features until our contract was 6 months from expiring. Support requests over email were also not answered adequately.
The bounce rates on the lists we pulled were unusually high. We stopped using their lists as frequently as a result. When we switched to a competitor we immediately noticed improvements in our bounce rates from contact lists.
SalesIntel did not have information for certain markets we were looking to penetrate - our searches for certain known organizations came up completely empty, which resulted in more manual work for my team.
VisitorIntel (their web visitor tracking tool) does not have the depth of information you would expect from intent data (at least the version we used), that would make it more actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having used SalesIntel at three different companies over the past five years, I can confidently say that SalesIntel offers an exceptionally intuitive and efficient user experience. The platform makes it easy to quickly find the information we need without unnecessary complexity.
What truly sets SalesIntel apart is the accuracy of its contact database and its valuable intent information. After using multiple data providers throughout my career, I've found SalesIntel's contacts to be the most reliable and up-to-date in the industry.
Additionally, their intent data has proven invaluable for identifying high-potential prospects at the right moment in their buying journey. This combination has significantly reduced our bounce rates, improved our outreach effectiveness, and helped us prioritize leads that are actually ready to buy, making it an indispensable tool for our sales and marketing efforts. I haven't had any issues yet that have tainted my experiences with SalesIntel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used Zoominfo, Apollo.io and Lusha in my previous companies and I like the following about SalesIntel:
(1) It has no restriction for the number of contacts that can be exported.
(2) I like the "Technology Product" filter as it has all the Oracle ERP product names that I need. Just like Lusha and ZoomInfo
(3) The multiple filters available on the left side give lot of confidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
(1) I am finding that the "Job Title" filter sometimes does give the intended contacts. Lot of irrelevant job titles are coming up. Infact lot of Oracle ERP related contacts are missing. SalesIntel need to add more contacts with Job titles - Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Systems, Financial Applications, Financial Systems, Finance Systems, Business Systems, Business Applications, Information Systems, Corporate Applications etc. So I request you all to add more contacts with these job titles.
(2) Sometimes the "Technology Product" filter does not match the information retrieved. Example: When I use Oracle ERP as the "Technology Product" it ends up showing contacts from companies that are using NetSuite ERP as well. Which is again an Oracle ERP product but I would highly appreciate it if your algorithm is a bit more accurate.
(3) Unlike ZoomInfo and Lusha, I am finding that SalesIntel does not offer Mobile phone numbers of lot of contacts. Even many contacts do not have direct phone numbers. This is very important people like me who make lot of cold calls.
(4) Also, it would be really great if SalesIntel could enable the option of "Click to Dial" for the phone numbers like ZoomInfo. I mean, if a company like ours which does not use Salesforce CRM a lot has to export contacts on an excel sheet and to make cold calls I have to copy the phone number and paste in my VOIP calling desktop app to dial the phone number. But if SalesIntel can support any plug in's that allow to just click once the phone numbers in SalesIntel and that will automatically route the calls to my VOIP calling app. ZoomInfo and Lusha offer this solution which makes my calling process a lot easier for cold callers like me instead of copying 100 phone numbers one by one from excel sheets and pasting it on VOIP calling app to make calls. Hope this makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
