We recently deployed Oracle CPQ at Tektronix Inc to streamline our quoting and deal management process. We are pleased with the product so far and feedback from the user base has been largely positive. When implemented right, use is very intuitive and can be easily configured to fit your business needs. It is ERP application-agnostic and can serve multiple environments concurrently. We are convinced that this will help us drive more revenue in years to come. As an IT project manager, I am glad we picked the right tool for our organization and we will continue to invest in Oracle to modernize our IT applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After adjusting to the system, it is easy enough to use. It may seem complicated at first. Likewise, we find slowness, compared to better tools that do the same job on the Market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It reduces or blocks jobs frequently, which can be very frustrating. The interface can be difficult to use, it may need training properly, and the training products are not great.
