What do you like best about Optimizely One?

The documentation for all of the products is excellent. I could easily find what I was looking for and follow any tutorials in learning the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimizely One?

I would have liked to make updates to the code base in the GUI, similar to AWS lambda. If there is a way to do this, I was unaware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Optimizely One?

For one of our customers, we've used Optimizely DXP (previously Episerver CMS) in order to integrate our SaaS application as an add-on.

From a developers perspective, the initial development (environment) setup was very easy. The documentation is clear and understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimizely One?

The system is pretty complicated, which requires developer experience in order to customize some parts.

There are many limiations. For some campaigns that we would like to run, it would require the companies back end engineers to deploy. IT would be nice to retro-target users who may not have entered a flow on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
