The thing I dislike about omnipresent is that in my particular case, working for an international company under the employment of a local one with omniresent as an intermediary, I need to access 3 different sites to manage my affairs. Omnipresent has a very competent and responsive staff. Whatever questions you have, they come back with the answer. Materials they use to visualise process or costs are great and helpful for the business to make decisions.
