The compliance between French and UK work laws and work compliances. The portage of a contract from a UK one to a French. Portage salarial for a indefinite contract. Agreement between 3 parties: the Employer, The Employee and Omnipresent in between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well I had customer service support by email but the email was generic, so it's not clear if I'm contacting a generic invoice or to the customer service person assigned to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

- Onboarding: very easy, I was contacted by a member of Omnipresent and had to send a few documents through emails and that was all the onboarding required to get started working

- Payroll: always paid on time, no need to worry about taxes or accounting like you would as a sole trader / ltd

-Platform: easy to use with all the functionality I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

Nothing really, it just works. One query took 2 days to resolve, but most of my queries get resolved within a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Omnipresent solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can just focus on being an employee and not worry about all the minutia and stress of running a contracting company (sole trader or ltd).

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Their customer support. Everyone I emailed or met up with was simply amazing, not only super friendly and professional but also always very responsive and helpful. Everything we had questions or setbacks, we felt fully supported (in our case by Gaby and George).The platform itself is also very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

We ended up not experiencing a full cycle with omnipresent because our employee didn't get his visa approved, but from what we experienced I have nothing to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
