The platform is very intuitive, the payroll works on time and accurately, the onboarding was smooth and we can get in touch with a human within minutes when we have a question. My experience with Omnipresent has been great. It took less than a month to implement their services and transition from our previous vendor and their customer service is exceptional when it comes to on-boarding new employees. We had issues with our previous vendor when it came to calculating the total cost for the employee as we expected the annual gross salary to include all additional payments but it wasn’t the case and with Omnipresent, we had to use this feature several times and a representative always explained to us all the different details and requirements needed for each country and they would help us adjust our costs before on-boarding new employees.
