The onboarding process was smooth and rather quick. I got all the necessary information right away and the portal is filled with videos, explanations and chat assistance. The downside is they don't have a number for customer support so it's all via emails, which can take a while, but the team responds rather quickly. There were some cases where my onboarding agent wasn't responsive, but other colleagues jumped in so the issues were resolved. The best being the customer success, their prompt actions, transparency and keeping posted of the upcoming features. Their product team too seems to be very receptive to our feedback.
