What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I had a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. Everything was handled promptly and professionally, making the entire process stress-free. The team was very responsive to my questions and needs, ensuring that I was well-guided every step of the way.

What stood out the most was the dedication of my assigned contact person. Even while on leave, they still made the effort to respond to my queries and provide support whenever I needed clarification. That level of commitment really shows the company’s focus on employee experience and support.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I had a really good experience with Omnipresent. They supported both me and the UK startup I wanted to work with while we were looking for an Employer of Record (EOR). From the start, they were very kind and offered us flexible and fair conditions, which helped us make the decision more easily.

I’m based in Germany, so working with a company in the UK could have been complicated. But Omnipresent made everything much easier. One thing I really appreciated was that they stayed in touch with me for more than a month and always kept me informed about the process. Their communication was clear and helpful, which made me feel confident.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Omnipresent simplifies global hiring by handling payroll, taxes, and compliance.

The onboarding process is smooth, with clear guidance and support.

Their platform is intuitive, making it easy to manage employment contracts, expenses and time-off requests.

I had a small doubt at the initial stages of my onboarding, and received immediate support in the platform.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

For family reasons, I had to move to a country where my current company doesn't operate. After consulting several EOR providers, only Ominipresent took the challenge of helping me set up in a new country and with the visa process. All other companies just said, "Sorry, you are on your own." They did the intermediation between my HR department and me, helped me to organise the documentation needed and a big kudos to the customer support that was always on my side.

Other EOR companies can be bigger, shinier and offer more features. However, Omnipresent was there with me when I needed. This is priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

Their app is quite simple, has not many features than the competitors as far as I know.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Things usually go smoothly, and when they don’t, the support team is quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Payments are always on time, and they’ve been a big help with administrative and bureaucratic tasks. What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I use Omnipresent as an end user rather than as an employer, so I believe I don’t have access to many of the platform’s functionalities. However, what I value most is the ease of use and excellent customer support — the team is always very attentive and quick to help with anything I need.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

My experience with Omnipresent has been very pleasant. Since there were many teething issues, I understood that some tasks may take longer than expected. But even so, Omnipresent were always communicating with me and keeping me up to speed. This is something I really appreciated.

I was also able to navigate the platform quite easily without much difficulty. Everything about my employment was clear and concise. Gaby was really so helpful and was ready for any questions that I had. Responded swiftly too!

Overall, I give them a 10/10 for stellar customer service with a real human element!
