I am very satisfied with the collaboration with Omnipresent team on employees' onboarding process. I appreciate that the team is responsive and professional and that they take into consideration all the suggestions they receive, paying attention also to the compliance with law. The communication is very nice and polite, without beeing rough and cold. The reactions to our recommendations have always been quick, allowing us to finalise the process on time. Our account manager Alba is fantastic and is always quick to act on our questions or requests. The recent updated to the Omnipresent dashboard has also made the user experience much more straight forward when it comes to managing our international employees.

Omnipresent makes hiring people in different countries easy. They take care of things like payroll, taxes, and legal requirements, so we don’t have to worry about those details. they are not always the most accurate in communication. Have a rapid change in contact persons. quick changes within the team. Have not experienced any onboarding yet. Curious how this will be. Also - Omnipresent does not offer ready to use integrations. But a lot of integrations with HRIS e.g. are " in the making". But for a long time. Also - Omnipresent offers different administration options but not all al complete. e.g. Employees can enter their holidays but Omnipresent platform does not have a current balance counter which makes it hard to read and requires manual calculations. The assistance provided during onboarding and offboarding processes. All parts of these process flow very easily as the colleagues from Omnipresent are very costumed to our way of work.
