What do you like best about DevRev?

The analytics for app UI is pretty good and gives good insights. UserExperior is the tool we usually use the most apart from Firebase analytics because the data is complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

It can have more control for crash and error alerting notifications. Right now you only get email alerts. The alerts can have more features like a Slack integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DevRev solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using UserExperior mostly for tracking user behavior on UI and to check if there are any glitches. Apart from that the most important thing to use is for replicating issues reported on customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DevRev?

UserExperior is easier than other app analytics tools. We loved the simple and intuitive interface. The support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DevRev?

Nothing major to dislike but I would recommend the team to keep improving and building new features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DevRev solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using UserExperior to understand behavioral patterns on our app’s UI, that’s mostly button click data. The highest benefit was reduction in support resolution time.
