What do you like best about DevRev?

What do you like best about DevRev?

Amazing to see visual data for our funnels. Crashes, API slow down, etc data can be correlated

What do you dislike about DevRev?

A turnkey solution in my opinion would have been better. We could integrate data on

UserExperior without the hassle of integrating the SDK. However, the current setup isn’t a deal

Detailed report - Great tool to analyze the user journey and where they are getting stuck or facing issues.

What do you like best about DevRev?

No downsides as such, but I would recommend the team to keep adding and enhancing the features as they do currently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has helped us in identifying some very small but critical dropoff areas and bridging that gap for our users. We are really happy to have found them as it would have been nearly impossible to do so without having the session recordings and understanding what's wrong. 1. Very good summarized analysis on where the users got dropped off.

2. Excellent technical support from the UserExperior team.

3. The recordings and geographical wise bifurcation is added advantage by which we can understand the friction in the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Crashlytics dashboard can be improved.

2. UI can be improved as all the dashboards are confusing, they can differentiate with different color codes or dashboard styles.

What do you like best about DevRev?

We used heatmap analytics to understand where our users interacted on the app screen, what caused user frustration and confusion. We are an app used by users in the medical fraternity across different geographies, one of our challenges was to understand if our product is usable and if there were any usability issues our users experienced while using the app. When we introduced UserExperior’s heatmap tool into our mobile app, it started providing instant insights into our app’s usability and helped our design teams to quickly identify UI bottlenecks such as Rage interactions, user confusion etc..
