What do you like best about Constant Contact?
Constant Contact automation makes sending our weekly updates very easy to our clientele. I use CC daily for different types of segmented groups. My result is a well-organized and easy to maneuver through email which I link to many different web pages, including event reservations and ticket purchasing. Constant Contact is both easy to use and to be on the receiving end looking at the final result. I have had positive experiences with customer service as well. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?
The only downside I have experienced, is when starting a new template, I may find one I like but wish to change a picture that was originally part of the template, and it is very difficult to do so. I am not sure why. And the background selection is not varied enough for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
