Salesforce made it easier for me to manage my cases on a day-to-day basis. I used to work with nurses in the US and I handled their credentials and documents; made it much more simple for them to secure jobs with various facilities all over the country. Salesforce did the heavy lifting for me, the documents are secured and I can access it any time when I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface of Salesforce seems a little outdated and it looks bland. Other than that, I do not have any other complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are various features of Salesforce marketing cloud which impressed me but some of the particular features which I like the most are Journey builder , Data management ,Robust Analytics and Reporting. It also allows us to create user centric and user specific requirements by integrating their demand under a single roof and thereby easing the process. Comprehensive Tracking platform allows us to keep an eye on recent updates in the queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the drawbacks of Salesforce marketing cloud are:-
The data processing time is very high and speed of processing is slow .also the data is not processed in real time basis .
Some of the aspects of software are too technical and require deep knowledge and hence not everyone's cup of tea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing about this specific management software was that it was something I was able to use immediately. I felt like the features it had were visible and it was easy to find more features because everything was logically designed. I liked the GUI, as a computer scientist I am starting to dislike and find many flaws with using GUI because it can be a hassle to get to where you want or figure out where things are tucked away. But thankfully, using this software I rarely ever had that issue which contributed to my efficiency at work. I also liked that the way you interact with customers through live chat is also embedded within workforce making it more of a versatile piece of software. Most management softwares do not integrate chat inside of it so this was a MAJOR plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think for the search when I would look for specific tickets, it could be improved. I remember this being the main struggle I had with salesforce. Just trying to find certain tickets pertaining to certain categories, and contrary to a ticketing system I used at the University of Milwaukee of Wisconsin, it was not as easy to go through ticket history of a specific user or customer. I find that it can be highly useful to have easy access to previous tickets a customer had. I would often try to find old tickets to reopen it or to see what was done so that I can work accordingly. This was not a "major" problem, but it definitely can be improved (if it hasn't already been since the last time I worked with it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesforce is a powerhouse for marketing because it brings everything—customer data, automation, analytics, and AI—into one place. With tools like Marketing Cloud, businesses can personalize campaigns, track customer interactions, and automate emails, social media, and ads with ease. The AI-powered insights help predict customer behavior, so you’re not just guessing what works. Plus, the integration with sales and service means marketing efforts actually connect to real business results. If you want a platform that streamlines everything and helps drive engagement, Salesforce is hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesforce can be overwhelming, especially for small teams or those new to CRM and marketing automation. The platform is packed with features, but that also means a steep learning curve and a complex setup process. Pricing can be a big downside too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The functionality I appreciate most about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is the capability to assist me in meeting hyper-personalization at scale. With so many tools and features, it is easy to design entire campaigns that are customized to suit my customers’ needs and interests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement has proved to be one of the strength tools in our marketing, there are a couple of areas to which I object.
One of the biggest challenges is the platform's complexity. With all the tools and features at your disposal, it can be overwhelming to learn and master. This has produced a steep learning curve for some of our employees, which has slowed adoption and implementation.
The second category to mention is that of expense. With any enterprise-level solution, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is not inexpensive. While the payoff is certainly worth the investment, it will be a barrier to entry for some smaller or low-budgeted companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's nice that Pardot/Account Engagement is easily synced to Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although it is easily synced with Salesforce, it does not work well with Salesforce, ownership of fields, passing back and forth information, etc.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the seamless integration aspect of having the information for said particular potential customer or client on hand. I was able to quickly know the basic information of the customer before making a call or getting in touch with said person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't believe this was a salesforcce issue but more of our department issue in that there was no structure or consistency when inputting the customer or clients data. Titles were all over the place and it was a case of there being multiple instances of the same account or lead being worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease in creating drip/nurture campaigns is excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are issues in reporting when tied to a crm other than salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, the best thing about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is how it makes our marketing easier. Automating campaigns and staying connected directly with Salesforce CRM saves us a ton of time and helps us engage better with customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is solid overall, but sometimes the reporting could be a bit simpler. Easier-to-use reporting would help us quickly pull insights without much hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Relatively straightforward to set up email campaigns, draft messages, etc. Reporting also looks nicer than other platforms and cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not as good at Hubspot at segmenting and editing contact properties, setting up lists and workflows, etc. Not to mention inferior SMS workflow setup and AI integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
