We started using Coderbyte for testing interns and entry-level tech candidates. We quickly moved to using it for most of our volume testing needs. We appreciate the platform's extensive library of questions and coding exercises, and use the custom coding exercise developer frequently. It allow us to create custom challenges using many languagues, such as Javascript and Typescript that was our focus.

It is great to evaluate if the candidates matches our coding criteria before interviewing them, which saved us a lot of time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be good if they had built in coding challenges for Quality Assurance.

It would be nice also if we could add external libraries in typescript or if they had a already mocked version of testing libaries such as Playwright. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps us evaluating candidates in a way that we could tell if they match our technical coding criterias before we go interviewing them. The number of long coding questions is relatively less; it can be improved by adding more questions in all categories, easy, moderate and hard.
