It is quite evident that in today's market, business needs to build technologies at an exponential rate. With it, the ability to bring on qualified talent quickly to meet the demands while hitting target deadlines on time. Crucial to any Software Engineering manager is the ability to evaluate and test the engineer, but most of all, the ability to manage multiple job requisitions and their evaluation. We help build over 27 Applications in the U.S. with more clients coming to our Mission to build Nearshore Software Development Teams, https://www.fwscience.us , so at the very core of our business process, we have to rely on the best tools in the market. After assessing multiple products, we chose Coderbyte because it provides a plethora of ways to test accurately and the ability to see cognitive critical problem-solving skills via video recording. Not only do we love the platform, so do all our engineers. Support was not good.

Limited Customisation.

Couldn't use regularly due issues with applicaiton.

Couldn't integrate well with other softwares.

It was not easy to send invites and resend.

Not at all useful? It's strange that you invited 30 admins and 100+ candidates to a tool that was not at all useful. Do you normally waste your organization's time like that?

Couldn't integrate well with other software? You didn't even enable the API key.

You might want to stay away from a keyboard and let professionals take it from here.

For coding challenges, the test cases are on the easier end -- I reviewed the code, and some of the wrong solutions can still get most of the scores.
