What do you like best about Better Stack?

The free tier offers 10 heartbeats/monitors which fit my usecase infraestructure like a glove.

- Fast notifications when a heartbeat or monitor fails.

- Likable weekly monitors.

- The capability to export a report to present to our customers to ensure our SLAs.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

- I'd like to test the other ways to send alerts for free to see if they do what I need them to do in order to upgrade my suscription.

While the free plan is pretty generous with the number of monitors and how often it checks for uptime, I could always use more monitors checking more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

BetterStack is extremely user friendly and I got my monitors and logs setup within an hour of signing up. The feature set, even on the lower pricing tiers is very good. I have had to contact customer support a couple of times with account related queries and everything was sorted within a couple of hours.

We use this on a daily basis and it helps keep our system running smoothly. Their SSL certificate monitor, in particular, has also assisted with the security of our websites Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

What do you like best about Better Stack?

Its a base but never basic service that all system must have. It at leas three very useful tools to monitor your productive system: Logging, Alert Incidents and Monitor Stats. It may have others services but the config is so easy that takes a very short time to integrate. Android APP is very limited but has a cool link to login quickly in Better Stack to handle the alert. What do you dislike about Better Stack?

What do you like best about Better Stack?

We use Better Stack for simple uptime monitoring within the free Basic plan yet and we are completely satisfied. We switched to Better Stack from another service which recently cancelled its free plan and we were pleasantly surprised at how simple the setup of the Better Stack was and how intuitive the user interface is. What do you dislike about Better Stack?

We haven't encountered any problems on the Better Stack side so far. We still have to solve the occasional blocking of monitoring, but this is more a problem of our webhost, not Better Stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Better Stack?

The log telemetry with all of its features is excellent to monitor, analyse and surveil logs. Especially because of our distributed system, it is really helpful to get a consisting monitoring of the applications state. We use a lot of thirdparty APIs, some of them are not that well engineered and regularly have irregularities because of bad change management. What do you dislike about Better Stack?

The billing system was a bit confusing from time to time, which caused us to accidentally switch up the rates & packages two times, without any action in this regards on our side. Their support was really fast and helpful to solve this issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very good features on the free plan for uptime monitoring. You can start using the product in minutes.
