Outsourced sales providers are supported by specialized technologies, tailored training, and expert management. These third-party sales teams assist companies in sourcing new leads and opportunities, booking qualified meetings, growing pipelines, and closing deals. Some outsourced sales providers offer the people, processes, and technologies needed for a complete sales process (including ongoing relationship management), while other providers may only offer a subset of sales process services (e.g., telemarketing, appointment setting, etc.).
