“Google Meet Review”
What do you like best about Google Meet?

1. Provides seamless integrations with other apps like Google Calendar, Calendly, Drive, etc.

2. It works on the web version, so no need for installation.

3. Supported with high-end data encryption and security standards.

4. One of the best features is real-time captions using speech recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Meet?

1. The call quality gets distorted even if there is a slight connectivity issue, which seems annoying.

2. Although it comes with bundled features, they are only available with a paid plan.

3. This platform lacks a few advanced features, as compared to other competitors like Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Meet solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main purpose is to connect with Clients over a remote session where the clients tells us their issue and we help them by performing the troubleshooting.

Also, we use this platform to arrange a standby call with the clients.

Sometimes, the clients share their screen to show us the problem in real time so we can have better understanding of what exactly is happening at client's end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Google Workspace - Perfect Workstation”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like about Google Workspace is the Ease of Use. It provides many applications which is having very simple user experiences that can be customized per user needs. I uses workspace apps like GMAIL, MEET, CHAT, CALENDER, CHAT, SLIDES, SHEETS etc. daily and I am very happy with the customer support Google is providing for the workspace apps. One main attraction is the pricing of Workspace apps which is lower that the competitors. This integrated ecosystem enhances collaboration significantly—several team members can modify documents simultaneously, set up meetings right away, and save or share files with ease. The interface is user-friendly, and everything synchronizes automatically, minimizing friction in everyday tasks and enhancing productivity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Certain sophisticated formatting and data analysis capabilities in Google Docs and Sheets do not measure up to those in Microsoft Word or Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace solves the daily collaboration issues among employees in our organization. It is very easy to share files across each other using Drive and Sheets. Makes communication possible with CHAT and Video conferencing with MEET. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy and efficient communication both in-office and remote.”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

It's fantastic to have Microsoft Teams as a centralised hub that we can use for all commincation across departments. It's a great way to avoiding cluttering up our email inboxes when all that needs to be communicated is simple memos and quick check-ups. I particularly like that we can send attachments - it avoids the need to travel to other parts of the building just to hand over a print-out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I find that the calendar isn't as versatile or customisable. It would be beneficial to be able to scroll back and forth across the timeline (rather than manually selecting the month), and it would also be useful to have filters available so that multiple staff-member's calendars can sync and we have the option to view them as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft teams helps us to easily communicate and share information - it's an excellent hub for an office to manage their commincation and workflow, expectially when several team members work out-of-office, or in other parts of the building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Almost Perfect”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I think Zoom is remarkably easy and intuitive to use. I enjoy all of the features it has to offer like chat you can access even after a call has ended, the collaboration tools like the whiteboard, and the calendar integrations. Getting set up on Zoom is remarkably simple, if you use Google Workspace, you can simply sign in using your Google account. The in call features are really hard to match with other software, the virtual backgrounds, the appearance fixing, the lighting adjustments, and keeping you center are all really really valuable. Then there's the various ways you can participate in calls, sending emojis, live chat, raising your hand, sending reactions, applause, etc... Finally, the way users are able to administer their calls; establishing a waiting room, muting all participants, requiring cameras to be on. Even outside of calls, the administrative dashboard offers very helpful insights to how your organization is using the software. No implementation required to set up. Just purchase a plan for your organization size, provision full access accounts and you're done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

The one thing I wish Zoom did better was integrate with Google Calendar. The updates between the two programs are slow and often, details from a Google Calendar meeting won't make it into Zoom. The integration works really well when you schedule a Zoom meeting form within Google but I would like that same information to be available in Zoom when I open it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to host meetings for our entire organization at any time regardless of if users are in front of their computers or not. Zoom also allows us to have ongoing conversations with clients of ours who either use Zoom at their organization or have been in a Zoom meeting with our team with the ongoing chat feature. Skype is now retired. it retired in May 2025. We use microsoft teams for using same feature. “Essential Communication Tool for Modern Teams”
What do you like best about Slack?

Slack makes team communication seamless and efficient. I love how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is, and the way channels help organize conversations by topic or project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

Slack truly enhances collaboration. The ability to integrate with tools like Google Drive, Jira, and Zoom makes it a central hub for all our work. Real-time messaging, file sharing, and thread-based replies keep everything organized. The search function is powerful and saves a lot of time when looking for past conversations or files. Notifications are customizable, which helps manage focus and avoid distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slack is solving the challenge of fragmented communication across email, messaging apps, and meetings. It centralizes all our team discussions, project updates, and file sharing into one intuitive platform. This reduces the time spent searching for information and enables quicker decision-making. It also helps reduce unnecessary meetings by making communication asynchronous and transparent across teams. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in collaboration and productivity since adopting Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“I switched to OpenPhone after bad experience on ZoomPhone”
What do you like best about OpenPhone?

I like best that OpenPhone is easy to set up. The way they structure it, it was easy to make calls and connect the mobile app to my phone. I appreciate how they are transparent about billing as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenPhone?

I really don't like that the standard plan does not allow you place a call on hold. This is a downside that my business would have really needed and it wasn’t clearly stated on the plans when I purchased. I really don't appreciate that and may look elsewhere in the future if not having that functionality gets in the way of my clients services too much. I am also very unhappy that they force you buy to the most expensive plan in order to have hubspot integration. This is a complete slap in the face for a small, seasonal business like mine who should have better features available to them. Largely, the not being able to put a customer on hold is the most bothersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenPhone solving and how is that benefiting you?

“All-in-one, All you need”
What do you like best about Nextiva?

I like that Nextiva is HIPAA compliant and that everything can be done easily online. All the UI's are easy to understand and use. If something is tricky, their support team is quick to answer. I like that there is more control on the user end than having to always call support to implement a change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The only feature I am not very fond of is the vFax Portal. It looks a bit outdated and there is a lot of clicking back and forth in order to view a different fax. And even though there is a category and folder feature, it is not a folder in the same sense of moving faxes from one folder to the other so you will still see the fax. It makes organizing tough when there are multiple users since there is no need to assign each user their own portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva seems to be resolving customer control in that it is easier for clients to navigate and make changes very quickly instead of having to rely on contacting someone to make those changes. It benefits me because it makes my job easier when one of my teammates wants to implement a change on their phone or voicemail system and I have ease of access to it. Nextiva also simplifies how call flows are handled because it was a nightmare through other VoIP providers on making something as "simple" as an options menu. “GoTO Resolved review”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

GoTo Meeting is its reliability and ease of use. The platform offers a straightforward interface that makes joining or hosting meetings quick and simple, even for users who aren't very tech-savvy. Features like screen sharing, meeting recording, and calendar integration help streamline collaboration, especially for remote teams. Additionally, the audio and video quality are generally consistent, which is crucial for maintaining clear communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

One aspect I find challenging with GoTo Meeting is that occasionally, the interface can feel a bit dated compared to some newer platforms. Sometimes, the process to join meetings or manage settings isn’t as intuitive as I’d like, which can cause minor delays, especially for first-time users. Additionally, while the audio and video quality are generally good, there can be occasional glitches or connectivity issues depending on network conditions. Lastly, some advanced features require higher-tier subscriptions, which may limit accessibility for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoTo Meeting solves the problem of remote communication and collaboration by providing a reliable platform for virtual meetings, webinars, and screen sharing. It helps bridge the gap between geographically dispersed teams, allowing us to connect, share information, and make decisions in real-time without the need for physical presence. This has greatly benefited us by increasing productivity, reducing travel costs, and enabling faster response times. Overall, it makes remote work more efficient and helps maintain strong communication channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great support but not an equally great service”
What do you like best about net2phone?

Best thing about Net2Phone is their support. They have been prompt to respond and eager to help with whatever problem I've thrown at them. I couldn't ask for more from a support staff than I've seen from Net2Phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

The service itself is good technically, but the little details are not so good. In a way, our previous landline service did at least a few more things that we need, compared to this service. Granted, the phones we purchased were low-end and that contributes to the problem, I'm sure, but things like directory creation and changes are much harder than they should be, in my opinion. Forwarding a voicemail from the phone itself and not just from email is another option we really miss. Again, a higher-end phone choice may have solved these problems, but we didn't know that when we purchased them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can use the call analytics to see what calls are coming in and to where much easier than we could with our previous system. Configuration is much easier, like setting up ring groups, departments, schedules, etc. My job is easier now with Net2Phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Loving Gatherv2 The visuals, interactions, and new features make it more fun and immersive than ever”
What do you like best about Gather?

What I like best about Gather:

I love how fun and interactive it is. Walking around, bumping into teammates, customizing my space — it just makes everything feel more alive compared to regular video calls.

What’s most helpful about Gather:

Being able to move through different rooms and have quick chats without needing to schedule meetings is super helpful. It feels more like a real office, where you can just swing by someone’s desk.

Upsides of using Gather:

It makes remote work way less lonely. You can collaborate, hang out, and get stuff done all in the same space. Plus, the new features like the zoomed-out map and the new calendar view make it easier to stay organized and connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gather?

What do you dislike about Gather?

Sometimes it can be a bit heavy on performance — especially if the map is large or has a lot of objects. It can lag a little depending on your connection or device.

What is least helpful about Gather?

Some features feel a bit hidden or not super intuitive at first. It takes a little time to get used to where everything is and how to use some tools effectively.

Downsides of using Gather:

If your team isn’t active or regularly using it, the experience can feel a bit empty. Also, it doesn’t fully replace tools like Slack or project managers, so you still end up switching platforms often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gather solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gather makes remote work feel more connected and human. It solves the problem of isolation by recreating those casual, spontaneous moments you’d have in a physical office — like quick check-ins, watercooler chats, or just seeing who’s around. That’s helped me stay more engaged with my team, communicate faster, and feel part of a real shared space, even while working from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how clean and intuitive the user interface is. What problems is Zoho Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Meeting helps me avoid the hassle of switching between complex tools by providing an all-in-one platform for video conferencing, screen sharing, and collaboration. “Fun, lighthearted, and excellent productivity boost”
What do you like best about SoWork?

I love the immediacy of communication and the tactile action of "walking" to my colleagues to talk with them. In the real world, to collaborate with a remote colleague, I need to pick up my phone and find their contact info anyway, and this takes no more time and somehow feels more connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SoWork?

The only downside I have seen so far is the video calling isn't quite as reliable as Google Meets or Zoom. It's still very good though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SoWork solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we had was seamless collaboration with remote workers. We have an office, but for colleagues who cannot attend in person each day (or ever) it is difficult to collaborate for them. There was also the issue for management of seeing who is actually at work and when. We made it a procedure that when we work, whether in office or remote, we sign into SoWork so we are accessible for immediate communication at any time. If a manager tries to contact one of us in SoWork and we are only signed in but not actually using it, then they will know we are away from our desk. Because of the fun interface, uptake was easy. I think most managers will find that employees who are resistant to procedures or software to ensure they are actually productive while working remotely will be more warm to SoWork because it's like a game. Customize your avatar and work area! Log in when you start your day, go talk to your colleagues, sit down, and do something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 3CX solving and how is that benefiting you?

3cx keeps us connected with the clients we serve and with our other campus. We use it exclusively for our communication needs across both our campuses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
