What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

While Pipedrive is exceptional at what it's designed for—managing the sales pipeline—my primary frustration stems from its limitations as an all-in-one CRM solution. I truly wish I could use it as the single source of truth for our entire customer lifecycle, but it falls short once a deal is won. The lack of an integrated customer support or helpdesk feature is a major hurdle. After closing a deal, we're forced to switch to a separate ticketing system to manage client inquiries and support issues. This creates a disconnect, making it difficult to have a unified view of a customer's history and interactions without constantly toggling between platforms or relying on integrations that don't always feel seamless. Furthermore, its marketing capabilities, while improving, are still too basic for our needs, lacking the sophisticated automation and in-depth analytics required for complex nurture campaigns. This means we're juggling a third platform for marketing, a second for support, and Pipedrive for sales. It's an excellent sales tool, but my hope for a single, elegant solution to manage everything from lead generation to long-term customer support within Pipedrive remains unfulfilled. What do you like best about Acumatica?

I have used many small accounting and larger ERP systems. None work like Acumatica. When I said this system was written to run in the cloud - I really mean it. You can tell the company worked hard with industry experts to plan, design, and then program a software solution. This is not legacy software attempting to run in the cloud.

You can import and export from any system screen. Most common user screens have the ability with one click like sales order but for power users you can easily hit any screen/table you want.

I required very fancy customer discounts. This was the only system that could handle it.

I have over 100k SKUs and 50k bins. The system didn't complain. No user screens started to choke either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

I originally purchased a perpetual license many years ago. Unfortunately, those are no longer offered. My annual maintenance price has not changed each year which was a pleasant surprise. This year I was forced to upgrade to the latest version or I would get penalized 25% each month. It was in the middle of our busy season and nobody wanted to go through a major upgrade that could cause issues. I can understand support not wanting to help if we are on an old version but to force us to upgrade or fine us harshly is just down right abuse from a vendor. If that practice doesn't stop then I can see people leaving.

Don't try hosting this software on a virtual server. It will not perform well. Make sure you get a dedicated server. Also don't use the MySQL database. The only one that works is the MSSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Have been using Capsule every day for the best part of 12 years now.

It's very user-friendly and easy to set up get to grips with. The opportunity and projects features are fantastic for keeping on top of tasks, and the new pipeline reporting features that are regularly being added are also solid additions to the tool.

The filtering options are great and allow for custom lists of contacts/opportunities/projects with all sorts of criteria which can be really useful for multifaceted businesses like ours.

Also plenty of third-party integrations that are available - it's on my to-do list to check out the other options that could improve workflow.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

It would be nice to be able to choose different plans for different users within an account - not all users need the advanced reporting and perhaps only have access in order to see customer details, so it can really add to the subscription costs in these instances. What do you dislike about Instantly?

I’ve been paying for the “done-for-you” email accounts and using Instantly to send cold emails, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked most of the time. The email accounts stopped functioning, which means no emails are being sent — yet I’m still being charged.

Support has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. It takes 12+ hours to get a reply, and you’re stuck dealing with what seems to be AI bots rather than a real person. After nearly two weeks of no email activity, they've acknowledged the issue and said they needed to replace the inboxes and restart the warm-up process — which takes another 2–4 weeks. But even now, the new inboxes haven’t been set up.

Given how essential deliverability and uptime are for cold outreach, this level of support and system failure is unacceptable. I’d recommend choosing a platform with a more reliable infrastructure and responsive human support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Migrating our previous systems to this platform would've been impossible without the Service Providers available for the product. Being a Microsoft product, the ecosystem of instant-connections like Power Automate, Power BI, and the extensible API within BC itself, have all made Business Central work with our business very effectively. What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I love how the search feature can find an account with just a few letters or numbers. Excellent search feature. I love the smooth messenger and all the features it comes with including blocking reps from sending outside approved hours and it will give you a pop up and stop a text if you're sending a duplicate to the same person.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The new layout of and the sidebar are not exactly easy to understand for those not familiar with the program.

Very logical and easy to learn how to use. Provides me with what I need each day. Enables me to keep info or files attached to a contact or company for easy and quick retrieval. What do you like best about TallyPrime?

Tally is very easier working software. You can do accounting, Sales management, Cash flow management, Logistics data. You can also edit it as pr your requirements.

In our company we are doing all of this department work in Tallyprime like

What do you dislike about TallyPrime?

This error often appears during data splitting and indicates data corruption. Repairing the company data is the recommended solution.

It's good to use but there are some glitch which you can contact to your Tally supporter, who can fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TallyPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can handle it without using mouse (by keyboard only), it's make your speed better in work.

It also good because you can use it by some shortcut keys. You can also input your require data reports formate.

It will make your speed for working.

We can easily create any voucher, edit it, also we can cancel it (if there was some mistake). This Software is very familiar.

WhatsApp conversations are not displayed in an inbox-style view, making them hard to manage.

The dialer app has performance issues.
