It's very user-friendly and easy to set up get to grips with. The opportunity and projects features are fantastic for keeping on top of tasks, and the new pipeline reporting features that are regularly being added are also solid additions to the tool.
The filtering options are great and allow for custom lists of contacts/opportunities/projects with all sorts of criteria which can be really useful for multifaceted businesses like ours.
Also plenty of third-party integrations that are available - it's on my to-do list to check out the other options that could improve workflow.

I love how the search feature can find an account with just a few letters or numbers. Excellent search feature. I love the smooth messenger and all the features it comes with including blocking reps from sending outside approved hours and it will give you a pop up and stop a text if you're sending a duplicate to the same person.

I have used many CRMs over the years and Nutshell is by far the best. It stands out because not only does it have a very easy interface, it's also extremely easy to personalise to suit your business. Their customer service and support is by far the best out there, they have spend hours if not days with me over the past few years helping set up a suitable system that works for my various businesses.
