What I like most about Close is how the onboarding for my immediate team was. At the moment I have everyone who I communicate with daily signed up with their own subaccounts and we're able to manage each stage of our pipeline per job without any problems. Close support helped us assign roles based on team member responsibilities and from there I can view how everyone is doing on their daily assigned tasks through the custom dashboard we put together. With our subcontractors I can easily add them as contents to and send and receive messages from my personal number and email which saves a lot of time changing between apps and services. I use gong for several purposes: education (I could watch my colleagues work when was a new-joiner), call recording + notetatking + summaries & todos, and client contact automation using flows. Last part if what I like the most - there's a really nice flow editor which allows to define multiple steps (omnichannel e.g. mail + linkedin), select if it's an auto-step or a manual one with a reminder, use templates, blocks with dynamic elements and more.
