The biggest challenge with HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it can feel limiting when you're trying to build more advanced or custom workflows. The logic builder is solid for most use cases, but if you want to do anything beyond the standard triggers or branching logic, you start running into walls pretty quickly.

It’s also tough to keep things organized at scale. Once you have dozens of workflows and lists running, it’s easy to lose track of what’s live, what’s connected to what, and what might be outdated. Some better workflow documentation or version control features would go a long way.

The lack of an integrated customer support or helpdesk feature is a major hurdle. After closing a deal, we're forced to switch to a separate ticketing system to manage client inquiries and support issues. This creates a disconnect, making it difficult to have a unified view of a customer's history and interactions without constantly toggling between platforms or relying on integrations that don't always feel seamless. Furthermore, its marketing capabilities, while improving, are still too basic for our needs, lacking the sophisticated automation and in-depth analytics required for complex nurture campaigns. This means we're juggling a third platform for marketing, a second for support, and Pipedrive for sales. It's an excellent sales tool, but my hope for a single, elegant solution to manage everything from lead generation to long-term customer support within Pipedrive remains unfulfilled. Have been using Capsule every day for the best part of 12 years now.

It's very user-friendly and easy to set up get to grips with. The opportunity and projects features are fantastic for keeping on top of tasks, and the new pipeline reporting features that are regularly being added are also solid additions to the tool.

The filtering options are great and allow for custom lists of contacts/opportunities/projects with all sorts of criteria which can be really useful for multifaceted businesses like ours.

Also plenty of third-party integrations that are available - it's on my to-do list to check out the other options that could improve workflow.

It would be nice to be able to choose different plans for different users within an account - not all users need the advanced reporting and perhaps only have access in order to see customer details, so it can really add to the subscription costs in these instances. What do you like best about Instantly?

What do you dislike about Instantly?

I’ve been paying for the “done-for-you” email accounts and using Instantly to send cold emails, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked most of the time. The email accounts stopped functioning, which means no emails are being sent — yet I’m still being charged.

Support has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. It takes 12+ hours to get a reply, and you’re stuck dealing with what seems to be AI bots rather than a real person. After nearly two weeks of no email activity, they've acknowledged the issue and said they needed to replace the inboxes and restart the warm-up process — which takes another 2–4 weeks. But even now, the new inboxes haven’t been set up.

Given how essential deliverability and uptime are for cold outreach, this level of support and system failure is unacceptable. I’d recommend choosing a platform with a more reliable infrastructure and responsive human support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation builder can be a bit complex to navigate, especially on the whiteboard view. Moreover, we’d also love to see campaign activity sorted chronologically within each customer profile. What problems is ContactPigeon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve been able to gain back lost revenue from abandoned sessions and improve engagement and retention. Especially for our returning customers, it’s now easier to keep in touch with them through the platform. I have over half a dozen clients and each one has multiple data sources (Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc). Prior to Growth Nirvana I was manually pulling the data I was interested in each time I wanted to do an analysis. This was super repetative and ate up so much time. With Growth Nirvana I can connect those sources one time, and create dashboards which update as often as I want, so there is never a need to repeat an analysis and the dashboards never have stale data. What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?

Agency Analytics is one of the best reporting dashboard tools I have used yet. The dashboard is easy to setup and very customizable. They offer a ton of Integrations and I have yet to run into a needed integration they don't offer yet. If you have issues or questions, support chat is very quick and a real person can typically help you within a few minutes. Great experience so far! Looking forward to using them more in the future. What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to provide a Reporting Dashboard for a client that showed data from across a large number of different tools. We had pulling a lot of monthly reports from multiple sources and wanted to streamline reporting and provide realtime data, instead of monthly reports. After some research into reporting dashboards, Agency Analytics was our choice and has been a great solution so far!

We are able to pull in data from Paid Ads, Email Marketing, Organic Traffic & Search, Google Sheets, and more. We have yet to need an integration that Agency Analytics does not offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
