Could access, strong audit trails, scalability for growing businesses, and seamless integration with other systems like Salesforce and ADP. Support is generally responsive and knowledgeable, though occasionally more complex issues take time to resolve. The implementation process requires some planning and training, but with the help of onboarding resources and support, it’s manageable. Once set up, the system is intuitive with regular use. What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

We have used square with our fitness business for over five years now, and before that I was using it for my on the road crafting business. It has come a long way in the last five years and has really adapted and grown with our business. The scheduling, as well as the traveling POS system has really helped us expand and made our lives easier. We have a few contract workers that travel to clients and thanks to square we are able to have them use their phones as a mobile checkout. Teampay listens to their clients. A couple years ago we had requested a feature where we can filter transactions based on whether they had been synced to our system. In 2025 we had discovered that they added the feature in!

Teampay seamlessly integrates with our NetSuite instance and allows employees to easily create company cards with an automated approval routing.

What do you like best about Acumatica?

I have used many small accounting and larger ERP systems. None work like Acumatica. When I said this system was written to run in the cloud - I really mean it. You can tell the company worked hard with industry experts to plan, design, and then program a software solution. This is not legacy software attempting to run in the cloud.

You can import and export from any system screen. Most common user screens have the ability with one click like sales order but for power users you can easily hit any screen/table you want.

I required very fancy customer discounts. This was the only system that could handle it.

I have over 100k SKUs and 50k bins. The system didn't complain. No user screens started to choke either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Acumatica?

I originally purchased a perpetual license many years ago. Unfortunately, those are no longer offered. My annual maintenance price has not changed each year which was a pleasant surprise. This year I was forced to upgrade to the latest version or I would get penalized 25% each month. It was in the middle of our busy season and nobody wanted to go through a major upgrade that could cause issues. I can understand support not wanting to help if we are on an old version but to force us to upgrade or fine us harshly is just down right abuse from a vendor. If that practice doesn't stop then I can see people leaving.

Don't try hosting this software on a virtual server. It will not perform well. Make sure you get a dedicated server. Also don't use the MySQL database. The only one that works is the MSSQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rillet let us build our finance stack from scratch—the right way. As CFO, I’ve worked with NetSuite (bloated, expensive) and QuickBooks (rigid, limited). Rillet is in a different category entirely. The platform is fast, intuitive, and beautifully modern. I now have real-time visibility into our financials, our bank data flows in automatically, and our Stripe integration just works.

Their team also understands accounting. I’ve never had an ERP implementation feel this white-glove: they handled the heavy lifting, helped me design the chart of accounts, and were a Slack message away the entire time. What do you dislike about Rillet?

We’re finally off spreadsheets and building a clean, auditable, and scalable finance infrastructure. This platform is a dream—it’s intuitive, fast, and actually fun to use. I used to dread logging into my old system, but now? I look forward to it. Campfire helps us get more done with fewer headaches, and that’s everything in today’s “do-more-with-less” world.

Even better, Campfire is a new player in the space, and they’re already shaking things up. Procurify focuses heavily on customer success. Everyone from their implementation specialist to account managers to technical support. The integration capabilities are incredle! The Amazon PunchOut was a bit rocky to launch but the Procurify team made the entire process easy to understand and enjoyable. We presented a big roadblack to Procurify and they built out a solution and involved our team along the entire way. The user interface is incredibly friendly and easy to use. Their pricing is incredibly fair. We use this every single day at our non profit that produces a large scale event. What do you dislike about Procurify?

There are only 2 things I find a bit lacking with Procurify. 1- Built In Reports could use a bit more power user features. The built in reports lack granulatiry. With that said you can export all of the data easily and generate your own filters to see what you need, just takes a bit of excel work. 2- The receiving module could be stronger. We wish when rejecting an item in receive that you could have the option to drop it back into the procurement queue to purchase wihtout retriggering the approvals process. What I like best about Zoho Books is how effortlessly it simplifies complex accounting tasks. What do you dislike about Zoho Books?

While Zoho Books is overall a fantastic platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest one for me is the limited customization in certain reports and templates—sometimes I wish I could tweak layouts or add specific fields more freely. Also, the learning curve can be a bit steep for beginners, especially when exploring advanced features like workflows or integrations. Lastly, while support is generally helpful, response times can be slower during peak hours. What problems is Zoho Books solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Books is helping me solve the biggest pain points in day-to-day accounting—manual data entry, delayed invoicing, and GST compliance headaches. Before using it, I had to juggle multiple tools to manage billing, track payments, file returns, and generate reports. Now, everything is in one place and flows automatically.

It’s especially valuable for managing accounts receivable and payable, real-time financial tracking, and tax filing—all without spending hours each week. The automation (like recurring invoices, bank feeds, and payment reminders) has freed up a lot of time, which means I can focus more on analysis, decision-making, and supporting clients rather than just recording transactions.

1. QuickBooks Online often requires changing the account type and detail type for all Line of Credit accounts. Using the 'Line of Credit' detail type typically causes an error, so I must select 'Credit Card' or 'Other Liabilities/Loan Payable' instead.

2. Subscription fees have been increasing more frequently, making it costlier over time.

3. Report customization is limited, some reports that are available in the desktop version can't be generated in QuickBooks Online for clients.

1. I used to convert PDF statements to Excel in order to upload transactions manually. Now, with the bank connection feature and date range selection, transactions are automatically downloaded for me.

What do you like best about Wooqer?

I've got to say, implementing Wooqer has been a total game-changer for our team at Bachaa Party. As Operations Excellence Manager, I'm always in for ways to boost overall performance and get us closer to excellence.

Before, keeping track of daily processes was a real challenge. We struggled to figure out what was working and what wasn't. But now, with Wooqer's daily checklists and analytics, we can finally get a handle on what needs improvement.

But what really sets Wooqer apart is their customer support team. They've made sure we're getting the most out of the app. It's become an essential tool for us, and we can't imagine going back to the old way of doing things.
