We also have an open support ticket related to mass updates on effective-dated fields in employee records. Every year, when we perform these updates, the system wipes out the “special skills” section — even when using forms where that section is hidden. At this point in our implementation (less than a year on Acumatica), I don't really have any downsides to list. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. There are only 2 things I find a bit lacking with Procurify. 1- Built In Reports could use a bit more power user features. The built in reports lack granulatiry. With that said you can export all of the data easily and generate your own filters to see what you need, just takes a bit of excel work. 2- The receiving module could be stronger. We wish when rejecting an item in receive that you could have the option to drop it back into the procurement queue to purchase wihtout retriggering the approvals process. What I don’t love about QuickBooks Online is that the reporting features—especially for financials and payroll—feel a bit limited. It would be great if we could filter reports by multiple fields at once, like department and project, without having to export everything to Excel. Also, as someone working in Canada, I’ve noticed the payroll features aren’t as flexible as the U.S. version. Things like making T4 adjustments or formatting ROEs could definitely be improved.
