“Enabled us to automate and improve business processes across our organization”
What do you like best about Laserfiche?

Laserfiche is an extremely robust solution, allowing us to create solutions for every business process challenge we've tackled to date. The company is extremely responsive, with an active online community. If you have any doubt, Google "Laserfiche Answers" to see the quantity and quality of information available. If you don't have any coding knowledge, you can still create simple forms/processes. But if you do, this product allows you to get super fancy with your designs. We regularaly use Laserfiche Forms, Laserfiche Workflow, and Laserfiche Repository. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Laserfiche?

The only thing I can think that Laserfiche could improve on is the ability to link separate business processes together (to run together or otherwise link). The ability to launch one business process from within another would be a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have staff and learners spread across a broad geogrphic area. Laserfiche allows for the electronic completion and routing of forms for instant approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simple and Effective, But Could Offer More”
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I like how effortless it is to store and access my files across different devices. It just works. Sharing is super easy too, and the syncing process is smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

The free storage feels a bit limited, especially if you have a lot of files. It’s also a little pricey if you want to upgrade, especially when there are other options out there with more storage for less. Would be nice to see a bit more value for the cost.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dropbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dropbox has truly made my life much easier. I save all of my important documents in one location and can access them from any device, whether I'm at home, at work, or traveling. It's a great relief not to have to worry about missing or not having access to stuff when I need them. What I really like is how easy it is to exchange files with others. Everything remains orderly, and I don't have to worry about misplaced files. It simply works, and I know everything will be available when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Google Workspace is a time saver on workload”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I use starred, but workspave allows you to group files together that you use together to complete a task using all the files. It allows me to go to one place and open all the files from that group I need to use together. Saves time hunting them in a common list and they are all over in the list instead of together in a compact list. I heavily use the workspaces, one for each task that uses a set of files. Also shortens my Starred list as I only add them to a workspace. It is extremely easy to use just drag and drop into a workspace you label for implementation for frequent tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Workspace has 8 active and HIDDEN after, I wish you could have more than 8 active, so I don't have to swap a hidden with an active. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves time several times each month, probably days or weeks of time in a year. I use the freed up time for other tasks, and I am more productive as a result. The tasks I use workspaces speed up response time to management and staff in all our company, that they need to perform tasks that wait on my completing my tasks. Plus it gives you lots of storage and keeps your file safe by saving previous versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft OneDrive file syncing can be slow and unreliable at times causing confusion about which version of a file is the most current one.The search function doesn't always make it easy to find what you're looking for quickly. Additionally its strict file naming rules and sometimes complicated settings can be frustrating for everyday users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Impressive Security”
What do you like best about Clinked?

Clinked ticks three crucial boxes for us: Security {non-negotiable in our line of work}, ease of use, and flexibility. We are quite impressed by its audit trails and permission controls, which simply ensured compliance and saved us from many headaches during audit periods. Also, our clients adapted to it pretty fast, guessing because it has a quite easy to use and clean interface. Our marketing team loves the white label option, as it looks very brand and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clinked?

Clinked has a lot to offer in term of security and collaboration, but its task management capabilities are fairly simple. So it gets the job done for us, but it might not be the best choice if you have more complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clinked solving and how is that benefiting you?

No more safety concerns {huge relief}, on-brand and clean looking portal, permission controls for data protection. Having separate workspaces for each client has also been transformative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Secure and User Friendly”
What do you like best about TitanFile?

The TitanFile interface and file-sharing software are very user-friendly and easy to navigate (which is something that is very important when sending secure emails); great implementation. The layout is also easy to understand and the onboarding process is also helpful. I also enjoy that you can speak to a live person when needed to truly address your needs. The customer support is great, and software integration is also good. Additionally, I like that I could get started easily with sending out information to other firms and vendors in a secure manner. I have recommended the platform to a few of my other solo practitioner friends. The subscription price options are also amazing, from a marketing perspective. I have used the program often since joining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

There are no real downsides. The only thing I may change would be the home screen to update the formatting, but that is minor and negligible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TitanFile solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to send files in a more encrypted and secure format. I no longer have to worry about individuals intercepting personal and sensitive client data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Finally, a platform that works”
What do you like best about MASV?

After trying multiple other platforms for reliable delivery of a huge amount of jpg files for our photo scanning service, I stumbled upon MASV and it has changed everything. Automations are a game-changer - just drop our unzipped files into a watched folder and within a minute the upload is underway and completes very quickly. We've delivered dozens of digital packages so far and have had zero customers struggle with the download side of things - another huge win for us. It has been so easy to implement and make tweaks as we refine our workflow. Couldn't be happier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MASV?

My only confusion with MASV initially was with the pricing structure for pay-as-you-go. Mainly with the cost for extending packages beyond the default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MASV solving and how is that benefiting you?

Digital photo and video file delivery to clients. It's making that part of our workflow so much more automated and faster, and with reliability I am finally trusting after trying multiple other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to track and manage client communication, deliverables (file storage and links) as well as the ability to create custom apps that have dynamic visbillity by client tags. All of these tools make it a no-brainer for us to implement this portal in our business and be confident it can scale with us. Customer support and the onboarding process has been seamless and so far exceeded our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copilot?

One thing that is currently lacking but will soon be updated (based on their teams product development roadmap) is the ability to create contracts with a drag and drop type builder in the portal as well the ability to create dynamic proposals using the portal. “Now I don't need to waste time searching for files, instead M-Files does it all for me now”
What do you like best about M-Files?

What I appreciate most about M-Files is how it turns document chaos into clarity. Its metadata-driven approach is a game-changer—no more endless folder digging—just a quick search and I have what I need. Compared to other platforms I’ve tried (like SharePoint or DocuWare), M-Files feels more intuitive and agile, especially when it comes to workflow automation and metadata tagging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about M-Files?

The initial setup was complex and felt overwhelming at first. There’s definitely a learning curve—especially for people who aren’t familiar with document management systems or aren’t very tech-savvy and I also feel their mobile app could use some improvements especially for offline access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is M-Files solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before M-Files, I was constantly hunting for files in network drives and email threads; now, everything is centrally stored, indexed, and easy to retrieve. It's streamlined our approval processes and reduced the “I didn’t see that document” excuses to zero—everyone knows exactly where things are. We’ve also cut down on paper and improved compliance, which was nearly impossible with our older filing cabinets and patchwork of Dropbox and emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Air Inc: Where Design Meets Performance”
What do you like best about Air?

Air Inc delivers a sleek and modern product that blends design with functionality. Their attention to detail and customer service make the experience feel premium from start to finish. While not the cheapest option, the quality justifies the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Air?

Air Inc offers a clean, visual-first interface for managing creative assets, but recent steep price increases have made it less accessible for smaller teams. While the tagging system is helpful, search functionality and file recovery options still feel limited and clunky. Lack of dedicated desktop or mobile apps also hampers flexibility for teams on the move. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Air solving and how is that benefiting you?

Air solves the problem of chaotic, hard-to-find creative assets by providing a visually organized, cloud-based workspace tailored for creative teams. It replaces clunky shared drives and generic file storage tools with features like version tracking, automatic image previews, and collaborative feedback — all in one place. This streamlines workflows, reduces time wasted on file hunting, and keeps everyone on the same page, especially across distributed teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moxo was so helpful in assisting with the development of a private label platform for client management. Abhishek Kulkarni was a fantastic team member, always responsive and remembering details about me and my business that made me feel more than just a number. “Seamless integration with our Next.js app”
What do you like best about Sanity?

I really like that Sanity is built with React and sits nicely alongside our Next.js app. It’s fast, developer-friendly, and incredibly customizable. The Studio gives you full control over how you manage and structure content, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanity?

That said, the flexibility can be a double-edged sword. Starting from a blank slate means there’s a fair amount of initial setup before your Studio is fully functional. They do offer starter templates, which help, but it would be nice to have a more opinionated base with core features out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sanity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're currently exploring Sanity as a solution to move away from a monolithic CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), which has been slow, rigid, and difficult to maintain. Sanity’s headless, API-first approach fits well with our modern stack (React + Next.js) and offers the flexibility and developer control that AEM lacks. Even in early testing, we’re seeing how it could streamline content workflows, simplify development, and provide a much more scalable and maintainable setup. “Easy, Organized, has what we need”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 is something I use all day long, everyday as does my team. I like the combination of my outlook account and Microsoft apps in one log in. I need the option to organize my busy inbox, and make folders and reminders for items needing follow up. I need my calendar and schedule linked to my email and many meetings, log ins, reminders, be able to share my calendar as needed. The apps for PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and One Drive are my constants. Microsoft 365 gives me the tools I need to exchange information, create presentations, organize and review new messages with ease and make my workload more manageable. Teams has become a large part of our communication and meeting platform this past year. It is easy to deploy to our mobile workforce and those that are not very tech savvy. I like how I can transfer my call or meeting from one device to another, share screens, and record when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

hard to say, I do not have any feature I dislike or that does not run smoothly for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a very busy email inbox and need to be able to organize priority emails or senders and keep my responses accurate and timely. outlook assist me with that. I need apps that work together and being able to prepare a presentation in Power Point and then present it live in person or via Teams or both at the same time is one example. I use my calendar to track reminders, meetings, combine calendars and events from other staff members and this integrates with TEAMS. As a healthcare agency, I often screen share for teaching purposes with my mobile workforce for example without requiring them to physically be in the office. I also us it to give live updates to insurance companies as needed. I have several programs that can generate excel reports. Once in Excel I can sort and manipulate the data as I need to for internal use or sometimes to create presentations and feedback for our vendors, referral sources and clients.
