What do you like best about Google Meet?

What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I use starred, but workspave allows you to group files together that you use together to complete a task using all the files. It allows me to go to one place and open all the files from that group I need to use together. Saves time hunting them in a common list and they are all over in the list instead of together in a compact list. I heavily use the workspaces, one for each task that uses a set of files. Also shortens my Starred list as I only add them to a workspace. It is extremely easy to use just drag and drop into a workspace you label for implementation for frequent tasks. What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

It's fantastic to have Microsoft Teams as a centralised hub that we can use for all commincation across departments. It's a great way to avoiding cluttering up our email inboxes when all that needs to be communicated is simple memos and quick check-ups. I find that the calendar isn't as versatile or customisable. It would be beneficial to be able to scroll back and forth across the timeline (rather than manually selecting the month), and it would also be useful to have filters available so that multiple staff-member's calendars can sync and we have the option to view them as needed. Skype is now retired. it retired in May 2025. We use microsoft teams for using same feature. What do you like best about OpenPhone?

Call recording and transcription are the biggest help to me. I can always go back and read or listen to a call to pick out important info, and not worry so much about taking notes during the call. The email support has always been quick, thorough and caring. Can't forget having the ability to text clients and even share MMS messages -- equally valuable to my business. Call quality has been great, and it is affordable. Pricing did just go up, but it still remains very competitive for all you get. I like that it is simple and pretty intuitive. It does all I need. Occasionally the app on my phone will act buggy. I've had times where I can hear them but they can't hear me. Sometimes past calls and chats wouldn't load, but a reboot usually did the trick. I like that Nextiva is HIPAA compliant and that everything can be done easily online. All the UI's are easy to understand and use. If something is tricky, their support team is quick to answer. The only feature I am not very fond of is the vFax Portal. It looks a bit outdated and there is a lot of clicking back and forth in order to view a different fax. And even though there is a category and folder feature, it is not a folder in the same sense of moving faxes from one folder to the other so you will still see the fax. Nextiva seems to be resolving customer control in that it is easier for clients to navigate and make changes very quickly instead of having to rely on contacting someone to make those changes. Nextiva also simplifies how call flows are handled because it was a nightmare through other VoIP providers on making something as "simple" as an options menu. What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I mean, Outlook is a stable in the business world. I don't know anyone who uses Outlook for personal use. Since I joined the workforce after college, I have used nothing but Outlook in every single job I have had. It's something easy to use and no matter the updates or changes they make, it's something you can still figure out easily without much help as a user. It's reliable and dependable. It integrates easily with other tools. Currently, I have an older version and tbh, I'm not crazy about it but I also know if the company decides to upgrade, the newer version is much better. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What I dislike about Outlook are the changes with upgrades. You spend an hour letting your computer upgrade and then you jump in and everything is so different. Why go from one extreme to another? Sometimes when I create rules, that can get a little tangled. I've seen that in a few different roles- the rules don't always catch and even after restarting, you still need to get IT involved and it's usually some weird nuance button you have to click to make things works and it's just so stupid. The "rules" can be so simple sometimes and then so complicated other times. Also, if I have a meeting on the calendar and then delete it, it still shows up in my notification summary. Why? It's no longer on the calendar. Little things like that can get annoying. Considering how many updates and upgrades they are constantly doing, the little things get forgotten about. We were transitioning our network and voice services and using Crexendo made it easy and seamless to provide VOIP services with minimal disruption to day to day operations. I disliked that we had hardware or headsets for our users that weren't compatible with Crexendo's system. After weeks of troubleshooting we found that the headsets we already had from our previous system weren't quite compatible so we had to purchase new headsets for everyone. What do you like best about net2phone?

Best thing about Net2Phone is their support. They have been prompt to respond and eager to help with whatever problem I've thrown at them. I couldn't ask for more from a support staff than I've seen from Net2Phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

The service itself is good technically, but the little details are not so good. In a way, our previous landline service did at least a few more things that we need, compared to this service. Granted, the phones we purchased were low-end and that contributes to the problem, I'm sure, but things like directory creation and changes are much harder than they should be, in my opinion. Forwarding a voicemail from the phone itself and not just from email is another option we really miss. Again, a higher-end phone choice may have solved these problems, but we didn't know that when we purchased them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to move through different rooms and have quick chats without needing to schedule meetings is super helpful. It feels more like a real office, where you can just swing by someone’s desk.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

What do you like best about NUACOM?

From my personal experience, its very luck based when calling customer support. You can get someone who will be able to help you, or you can get someone who needs more knowledge about the product, perhaps they are still learning about the product but say that you are still learning or send the call to someone more knowledgeable.
