This tool is very well on its way with its integration of different complements that are working today, programming and automation of e-mails, which usually shine on calendar days established for promotions, whether new products, price offer, mainly attracting new viewers who have not had a vision more than light on us with which we can clarify our purpose. The handling of the tool is somewhat complicated, the interface to control the page, finding emails that have been sent previously becomes difficult to have no distinctions of relevance, with mass emails with positive results other negatives within the same tool, to update the trends that have no importance and those that were changed. I like the flexibility and range of solutions that Sendgrid offers. I appreciate the Sendgrid platform provides SBMSCloud the ability to integrate email into our proprietary customer management solution as well as providing a suite of ready made solutions to assist with our marketing activities.

What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

For me, the thing I like best is making use of the email address finder and the blacklist. Normally that's where our issues arise, and SendGrid makes it really easy to hunt down the messages and the email addresses I need to ensure proper delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

I have no substantive issues with SendGrid at all. I could stand a bit less in terms of the number of options on the side, but that is probably because my use case is rather more limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Take some time to play around with the options just so you know how they flow. Initially it's a bit overwhelming, as there are just so many buttons, but you find what you need and it gets to be a simple process and you can do what you need in a heartbeat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

- It will greatly increase your Email Deliverability.

- Very easy to use and configure. Has a very good User Interface.

- I use it for sending out Email Marketing Campaigns for many restaurateurs and retailers.

- It is very easy to use and has extensive APIs.

- It has a very good and prompt Customer Service. I have always had my queries/issues resolved at the earliest in a Chat session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Twilio SendGrid Email API?

Right now I am not using their marketing campaign API to send out email marketing campaigns, instead I use their default email sending API since Marketing campaign API is a very big hassle.
