The Q&A format is the best in class to create a searchable knowledge base for the entire team. From development to support and operations, all will benefit from the format and all, in a very n atural way, will construct a knowledge base that, on the long run, will save you tons of time. There's no downsides of using the product that I'm aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a clear and easy-to-use option that allows teams to collaborate by storing and updating knowledge in a centralized location. I use SOfT fairly regularly, and it works great. I like that it has a familiar interface (similar to public Stack Exchange sites), while still being great for collaboration with a team. Storing information in Stack Overflow for Teams (instead of scattered in multiple locations) has been a major benefit of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few features aren't easy for individuals to use, and it would be nice if administrators could give users access to them, rather than the user having to earn the privilege or the admin having to do it (some voting, assigning Subject Matter Experts). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the same features of Stack Overflow with my team, privately.
It comes with easy documentation to set up the Q&A and Knowledge Base, and the Team integration will be used also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
During Biden's term and the Insurrection, I have paid for years and have not been able to find access time, but I will use it. That is just something that happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about SO Teams is the concept of creating a private team and how you can integrate it with MS Teams or Slack. It makes things easy for the new team members to find answers to most common questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, the experience is good, and I can't think of anythink that makes me dislike it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most of it, to be honest, I'm a very much fun of the platform, I have used the public one, community versions (i.e. Salesforce) and now our own one, and it's a really powerful platform for helping developers.
If I have to say I thing, I'd go for sure for the search engine, it only takes a few seconds to find the question you are searching in case it exists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most, considering our own experience, is to have been charged by inactive users when we were not notified at all in any part of the process it'd happen (and in the T&Cs it is not completed clear how users should be managed on this sense). Even after deleting them as suggested, the charges were not modified.
The second point, and this may be more related to us, is how to engage users. There are some users strongly using the tool, but most of our users do not and keep using more traditional channels: slack, github, etc, so our doc desentralisation problem did not improve but the opposite. Embedding images / code is difficult - formatting will become off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use due to brand recognition and familiarity. A lot of other competitive systems tend to not support absolutely basic features like syntax highlighting, markdown, etc... which are crucial for technical documentation.
The navigation of the site also obviously benefits from being derived from a public site with years of refinement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could handle widescreens better by allowing the actual feed to be wider on wide screens. There might be good reasoning not to do it, but it seems to me like the one thing that sticks out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
