What do you like best about SendPulse?

Great value for money comparing to other offers (e.g. MailChimp and HubSpot).

On top, it has a convenient email editor - without a line of code I can create nice call-to-actions (e.g. buttons). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

No easy way on custom segmentation of your user base - e.g. I have one big list of a website subscribers and I wanna quickly split it on 2 views: active users (who opened at least one of four latest emails) vs. others (either low-usage or churners) --> I want to create separate campaigns for them without creating new lists.

No easy way to group campaigns in folders -- e.g. I have a big logical project or I want to group all emails in 2024... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do not use advanced email marketing, analytics, or integration features. The interface elements associated with advanced features overload the interface. Telegram bot builder: easy to set up a bot funnel in telegram using blocks and functions. Managers can use it without knowing the code to create a working bot.

Viber push: easy to set up and launch a push to your audience in Viber. Since our target audience is active Viber users, we got good sales from Viber pushes.
