Bad Custoer Support. They take a long time to respond.

Blocks Paid Credits when you upload more then 300 contacts.

I upgraded from Free plan to Standard Plan and when I tried to send emails, they blocked my emails asking me to share the proof that the email ids are our registered users. Have already submitted the relevant proof of databse files hilighting the legitimate data, but they still did not let me send emails to a valid database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?

SendPulse is super easy to use. The drag-and-drop builder is great for creating emails fast, and their automation tools are very handy. I also like that you can use email, SMS, and push notifications all in one place. Their analytics are clear, and support is quick to respond. Overall, it’s a great value for small businesses.

The drag-and-drop tool is easy, so I don’t need to know much about computers to make good-looking emails. The free plan is great for small businesses like mine. What do you like best about SendPulse?

SendPulse CRM automation has been a game-changer for our business. We have built two websites with their standard plan in 1-2 hours each. The platform is intuitive, making it easy to manage customer relationships, automate email and SMS marketing campaigns, and streamline workflows. The drag-and-drop automation builder is incredibly user-friendly, and the segmentation features allow us to target specific customer groups with personalized messages. What do you dislike about SendPulse?

Pricing and services are great, but having one holistic view of a bundled package I want to assemble is difficult. Packaging and aggregating different subscription services together, similar to how Amazon's shopping cart organizes items, would make it easier for customers to see all available features and pricing options. A clear selection menu that lets users choose and compare services in one place. This approach could drive better clarity and potentially boost sales across multiple product offerings because, compared to HubSpot, these guys have great value for money, period. What do you like best about SendPulse?

I first was introduced to SendPulse as an integrated partner from Ovatu. I have searched the internet (well I had ChatGPT do so) to find a CRM that fit my business model. No Luck. Seriously. Nothing fit. I just need a simple, straight forward client database solution.

As I dug deeper into what SendPulse could do for my business, I realized how Robust this software is!!!

I am able to get rid of MailChimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Klaviyo and one or two others I was evaluating.

The integration with Ovatu is working just fine.

I am going to send out SMS marketing pieces today to generate much needed revenue.

Sendpulse Dashboard is my daily driver.

I had no issues setting up my account and keep finding ways that it make ME Better.

Customer Support? I don't know yet. I have not had to reach out at all - it is that easy to setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

What problems is SendPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

The need to keep all my eggs in one basket such that it keeps my brand consistent and marketing messages all in the same "boat".

I needed a way to first reach back out to my customer base via email and SMS - this is the easiest and best solution ever !!! I don't have to create another account (Twilio) in order to get SMS messages out. Also, the email setup was straight forward and pretty simple!!!
