What do you like best about SendPulse?

I love that I have all the features I need for my business in one place. I use all of them to make sure my business runs smoothly. The pricing plans are awesome and you pay only for what you use.

AI feature in chatbots is totally amazing! I work with other chatbot platforms too and I've never seen easier set up and Open AI integration!

I use SendPulse constantly and all my chatbots, landing pages, automations and email sequences are built on this platform.

Customer support is very helpful!They answer in minutes and really help solve any issues from the first interaction!

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

What do you like best about SendPulse?

Tthe chatbot is stable and reliable. The flow can be easily constructed suing non-coding tools. It is awesome.

(I only use the telegram chatbots.)

The customer sopport is relatively fast. And the Integration is very smooth with telegram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

Sometimes the bot is stuck.

For telegram group access trigger, the flow is a a little bit noob since I have to add triggers for a set of group one by one. Maybe we need a high level integration trigger for a set of groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quite a complicated menu, I would work on UI/UX

What do you like best about SendPulse?

It's an all in one service perfect for those just starting out in CRM, Marketing and Sales systems building. Take it from someone who has gone through Follow-Up Boss, Hubspot, Zoho, Bigin, you name it. I am here to stay.

Much easier to implement than Zoho too (much much easier).

I have not needed to contact customer support either so I can't really comment on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

Some of the upgrades to basic plans (outside of the free plans) are quiet the uptick in terms of pricing. Would also love native integration with marketing platforms such as Meta Ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SendPulse?

I used SendPulse to create a Telegram bot, and the whole process was incredibly simple. No coding needed! It streamlines bot creation, so you don’t have to mess with frameworks like Telethon or Pyrogram. It’s perfect for non-developers or anyone who just wants to get a bot up and running fast. What do you dislike about SendPulse?

One downside: the "Standard Reply" templates clutter up the dashboard, and I can’t find an easy way to delete them. You can disable them, but it’s still annoying. Also, there’s no option to add flows to the Standard Reply, which would make it a more useful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SendPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

SendPulse is solving the problem of bot creation for non-developers. I don’t need to dive into complicated coding frameworks like Telethon or Pyrogram. It makes the process of setting up and managing a Telegram bot straightforward, saving me time and letting me focus on other tasks. Also, It's helping streamline customer interaction through Telegram by automating responses, which reduces the need for constant manual engagement.
