What do you like best about Sendblue?
We love the authentic experience SendBlue delivers for iPhone users. It genuinely feels like you're communicating with a real person. The software is easy to set up, integrates seamlessly with our CRM (GHL), and the dashboard is both intuitive and informative. It gives us clear visibility into key metrics like response rates, which has been incredibly valuable. Working with the SendBlue team has been a great experience. Lily has been fantastic, and the developer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Sendblue?
Our main frustration with SendBlue isn't actually with the platform itself, but rather a limitation imposed by iMessage. The restriction of only being able to send 50 messages per phone line per day has made it difficult to fully utilize certain features we were hoping to implement, such as sending reminder texts to clients for upcoming events like webinars.
