What do you like best about Sendblue?

We love the authentic experience SendBlue delivers for iPhone users. It genuinely feels like you're communicating with a real person. The software is easy to set up, integrates seamlessly with our CRM (GHL), and the dashboard is both intuitive and informative. It gives us clear visibility into key metrics like response rates, which has been incredibly valuable. Working with the SendBlue team has been a great experience. Lily has been fantastic, and the developer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Sendblue?

Our main frustration with SendBlue isn't actually with the platform itself, but rather a limitation imposed by iMessage. The restriction of only being able to send 50 messages per phone line per day has made it difficult to fully utilize certain features we were hoping to implement, such as sending reminder texts to clients for upcoming events like webinars. What do you like best about Sendblue?

That we're able to use imessage from our CRM. It's so dope being able to text from my computer and have all of the available infrastructure from my CRM. Using automations to make sure we're following up properly. The other thing thats great is FULL RESOLUTION MEDIA... game changer! Also the integration allows you to use EFFECTS inside of imessage! Llike sending LOUD or confetti or Fireworks. And finally their support, Jack is the MAN! He's got all the answers and can help ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendblue?

Integration is a little buggy sometimes. Sometimes the call back to our CRM doesn't bring some messages sent over. They have sent and customers/leads reply, but sometimes the messages we send won't sync back. It's rare but it does happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendblue?

SendBlue has replaced the need for standard landing pages and instead offers a personalize option for a conversation seemingly from a real person. Leads are able to opt in through a simple lead form and immediately get texts, videos, and audio messages that seem custom but are part of a sequence.

What do you like best about Sendblue?

Set up and onboarding was super easy with Jack and Alex! I always receive a quick response with any questions that come up and can easily communicate with them via slack, text, or email and always get a timely response. I've been loving using SendBlue, it's super easy to navigate between our multiple accounts. Jack is awesome with suggestions on getting our response rate up and giving us new ideas and tips too. What do you dislike about Sendblue?

What do you like best about Sendblue?

I love that I can send videos and voice memos directly to our leads. Our response rates 3X overnight. Our lead engagement is on a completely different level. The entire team has been excellent to work with. The on boarding process was simple, and we were up and running very quickly. I use this every day to engage with our leads. What do you dislike about Sendblue?

What do you like best about Sendblue?

Sendblue is a great product which solves a lot of outbound problems, and the team and support is stellar, they are able to answer all questions, and are extremely prompt at solving any issues.
