Honestly Customer Service is the best part of being with Sendblue Jack Tsaur literally wants nothing more then to make sure I’m successful with Send Blue. He’s quick to respond and always helpful. If he’s tied up I could hit up Alex Rosario and he’d help or connect me with someone who can.

What do you dislike about Sendblue?

What do you like best about Sendblue?

Sendblue has provided a comprehensive solution for all of our outbound sales processing. Utilizing their platform we have been able to remove third party dependancies, and seen significant stability improvements, and optimized our workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendblue?

What do you like best about Sendblue?

I used an alternative to Sendblue for about a year with about 50 conversations happening with customers on a daily basis with automated follow up. I can honestly say that the implementation of thus versus using an alternative with opt out language and via SMS has been a game changer for converting leads in my business. SendBlue is INCREDIBLE!

We now have 60% TEXT BACKS!!!! THAT IS INSANE!!! We went from 20% response rate to 60% response rate with SENDBLUE ALONE!!!!! Hats off to the team for helping me with all of the integration!!!! If you ever have doubts call me I will vouch for SendBlue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
